For more than a year now I have been sharing my experience of losing weight (from 132 kg to 71.5 kg at the moment), menus, recipes for dishes on which I continue to gradually slim down. And I started my journey in May 2018. On the most May holidays.
I have achieved these results through proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
I already have 65 thousand subscribers! Only recently you congratulated me on 60 thousand and anniversary minus 60 kg.
A lot of girls took the path around PP, lost weight, continue to lose weight, or are just starting. Maybe there are boys too, but then they are shy and are more silent about their successes.
When I started blogging, I didn't even hope that I could do something to help so many people, just by sharing information, answering questions, and supporting.
I am very glad that I have all of you, I am glad to communicate with you, and even if only here, through comments. Together we are strong!
And I am very glad that everything is working out for you and you become slimmer day by day and say goodbye to all the negativity that brings excess weight.

I turn to my menu for the day.
Breakfast - sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (75 g - today the hand trembled and cut off pieces of bread thicker, turned out more than usual) with cottage cheese (15 g) and lightly salted fish (70 g - home salted) and with squash caviar (65 g).
She ate sandwiches with green tea.
Breakfast turned out to be 420 kcal.
I promised not to mention vitamins and omega-3s anymore, as there is debate about how effective these supplements are, whether they are useful or not.
But I cannot pass by when you start to write to me that there are problems with the skin, hair, health worsens and a number of vitamin deficiencies arise, especially when you don't listen (read) and set yourself very low calorie.
In this regard, I want to say that at the beginning of my journey I also met the above problems.
Some of them were associated with an underestimation of fat in the diet, some with a lack of vitamins.
I decided to periodically drink a course of vitamins and omega-3. Increased dietary fat to 55-60 g.
And I still take complex vitamins and omega-3s from time to time.
Whoever says what - the decision is only ours. We have only one health and no one except us will take care of it.
Last night I cooked a curd casserole with peaches left over from the peach pie. I decided that I hadn't had cottage cheese casseroles for a long time.
And today for a snack I ate a piece (150 g) of casserole and washed it down with green tea.
Happened 220 kcal for a snack.
Today is not a very busy day for me. It so happened that I worked hard yesterday, especially in the evening something came over me.
I had soup for dinner, but I didn't want it, I decided to eat it in the evening.
But for lunch I quickly cooked spaghetti in a creamy sauce with homemade ham.
Lunch - spaghetti with homemade ham (turkey drumstick and chicken breast) in a creamy sauce (40 g dry spaghetti, 100 g ham, 30 g cheese, 50 ml cream 10%) - 400 kcal.
This is my light day today. I even sat for half an hour on social networks and leafed through the Zen feed.
Honestly - I'm shocked by the number of channels and people who suddenly decided to lose weight on a calorie deficit and tell everyone about it. But the greater shock is caused by the number of channels in which I see my style of presentation and headlines as if in a mirror. A year and a half ago this was not the case.
But I also saw a huge number of channels that are abandoned and articles have not been published on them for a long time, apparently they realized that there is no smell of millions of rubles here.
I decided not to flip through the Zen tape anymore. And eat tangerine (150 g) - 60 kcal and go to work.
Warmed for dinner - tomato-lentil soup with vegetables (430 g) and rye bread (20 g) for the soup - 210 kcal.
In total, 1310 kcal were obtained in a day.
I observe the drinking regime. I drink 2 liters of water - on an empty stomach, before every meal and during the day if I feel like drinking.
Have you forgotten that Friday is coming? We will carry out a control weighing to summarize and find out how much excess weight has been lost in these 2 weeks?
