Good day and delicious weight loss!

On my channel "OkoloPP" you will find not only recipes for dishes on which I am slimmer with a calculated KBZhU, but also an everyday menu for the day.

My result is minus 60 kg (from 132 kg) in almost 2 years.

It is tasty and satisfying to lose weight - it is possible!

Today I want to share with you a recipe that was born to me on the fly.

When you don't want to bother with cooking, but at the same time you want a delicious dinner, frozen vegetables and chicken or turkey breast help me out.

It takes a minimum of time to cook, a minimum of effort is required from me, and a delicious dinner is provided.

Stewed turkey breast with vegetables in cream - let's cook!

I needed the following products:

  • turkey breast - 740 g,
  • small onion 50 g,
  • frozen green peas 300 g,
  • frozen green beans 150 g,
  • cream 10% 150 g,
  • salt, black pepper, curry, dry garlic.

✅Cooking.

Finely chop the onion and fry in a non-stick pan without oil. To prevent the onion from burning, I always add a little water at a time.

While the onions are fried, quickly cut the turkey breast (you can also use the chicken breast) into small pieces.

Do not forget to stir the onions, which are fried in our pan.

As soon as the onion starts to turn golden, add the meat to it and fry.

When the meat begins to set in places with a fried crust, add spices.

I added salt, black pepper, a small pinch of curry, and a good scoop of dry garlic.

We mix everything well and put frozen vegetables on top - green peas and green beans.

Pull with a lid and simmer over medium heat until tender.

Then add 150 ml of 10% cream, stir and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and let stand over low heat for 5 minutes.

I have an electric stove and I just turned off the hotplate and left the pan on it.

Literally half an hour and a delicious, healthy dinner is ready!
