My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I share my experience of losing weight (from 132 kg with an increase of 172 cm), everyday menu and recipes for dishes on which I lose weight.
Currently I have managed to get rid of60kg.
Now it's time for our control weighing.

I have nothing. It seems that after I reached my anniversary minus 60 kg, the body said - that's enough, I'm resting. In addition, I gradually raise my calories, gradually prepare myself for normalcy and maintaining weight. Therefore, I also sin on this factor. Nothing, not the first time the weight is worth - we will break through!

In the meantime, I'll tell you about my menu for today.
Breakfast - sandwiches on homemade whole-grain bread (60 g) with avocado (40 g) and lightly salted chum salmon (80 g).
I washed down the sandwiches with green tea.
Breakfast came out on 420 kcal.
Oh, how much they wrote to me about bread and sandwiches at the beginning of the journey, saying that I would not lose weight like that.
As advised to abandon them and switch to porridge in the morning (where is the logic? that porridge is carbohydrate, that bread is carbohydrate (complex! and containing a huge amount of substances useful for the body, giving saturation). And why do I need porridge, which I don't really like? Choking on it and dreaming of a bouter, and then break loose and gorge on and no longer healthy sandwiches, but with sausage and on a bar?
Then they wrote to me that I would no longer lose weight if I ate bread. Interestingly, those who advised me to lose weight on their own advice совет
I even conducted an experiment - a week without bread, which showed that there is no difference in the rate of weight loss. I summed up the results of the experiments - here, if interesting.
Stereotypes, you can't get away from them🤷♂️. Only the calorie deficit and the balance of nutrients for weight loss are important.
Yesterday, as an evening dessert for tea, I baked a curd-apple roll. For a long time I did not have it in my diet, although I used to bake it very often, and then somehow I got fed up and forgotten. But such a simple and delicious dessert cannot be forgotten.
And today at work I had a bite of cottage cheese-apple roll (150 g) - 215 kcal and drank green tea.

Finally today I finished my last bowl of tomato-lentil soup. I won't cook so much soup anymore😂. The husband at work in the canteen is fed first, at home he rarely eats him and does not help us.
Lunch - a plate of tomato-lentil soup with vegetables (350 g) and whole grain bread (20 g) with squash caviar (30 g).
Lunch turned out to be 230 kcal.
The other day I bought Peking cabbage and by the evening I wondered what to cook from it for dinner. And for some reason I remembered pies with cabbage.
But I didn't bother with the pies, but I made a lazy pie with cabbage and mushrooms. I like it to be simple, fast and tasty.
And I also love the oven, because I put the dish in it to cook, set the timer and went on to work.
For dinner, cabbage pie with mushrooms (200 g) and oven-baked chicken drumstick (almost 100 g net weight).
Dinner went out on 375 kcal.
Since we have dinner at 17 o'clock, at 2-3 hours after dinner I drink tea with dried fruits. Today that's 40g of dried mango - 100 kcal.
In just a day it turned out 1340 kcal.
I observe the drinking regime, I drink my 2 liters of water. The recommended water intake is 30 ml per kilogram of body weight. But I believe that if so much water does not climb, then you should not immediately pour into yourself. Get used to it a little. When you haven't drunk water at all for a long time (like me, for example), then of course you won't be able to drink even a liter.
Gradually accustom yourself to good habits.
