In our family there are no mathematicians, solid humanities. Therefore, an accurate calculation of the cost of the dish not we guarantee, but we will try to fit into a hundred (portion for one, adult man)
What was spent ~~~
* fish 109 rubles (half did not go into cooking), i.e. = 54 rubles.
* potatoes 40 rubles / kg, here 300 grams, i.e. = 13 rubles.
* egg 60 rubles / ten, here 1 piece = 6 rubles.
* flour - 2 tbsp. spoons - 10 rubles (approximately)
TOTAL = RUB 83

βSimself invented this batter (or plaster?) In general, the fish cut portioned, potato three on a fine grater and a couple of times we wash in the water, after that, as the son said: "hard wring out ") Dunk fish into flour, then into an egg and then into potato chips. Fry over high heat on both sides, then simmer the sides over low. We have some shavings left and we made it PotatoPhoblin (son's word again)) π
I thought that the fish would need to be cooked somehow in the oven, but no, all the rules were fried π
Salad in onion rings too deputy came up with (the guy went, however) There are two cherriks and a bit of cucumber. Dressed with sour cream, not his favorite smear (mom arrived)
