Here's how I make a lazy cabbage pie that is part of my weight loss diet. Minus 60 kg in 2 years.

Today I will visit you with cabbage pie!

So you thought that you can eat cabbage pies and lose weight?

I had never even imagined that this was possible. But after I switched to proper nutrition and a calorie deficit, I eat tasty, satisfying, varied, and at the same time, in almost 2 years I lost 60 kg (from 132 kg).

Having prepared a cabbage pie and counting it, KBZHU was pleasantly surprised! It's almost perfect!)

✅I needed the following ingredients:

  • Chinese cabbage small head of cabbage (net weight of cabbage was 650 g). you can use ordinary white cabbage,
  • 1 large onion 140 g,
  • medium carrot 80 g,
  • mushrooms (I had frozen mushrooms 260 g),
  • butter 10 g (without it),
  • 1 chicken egg
  • kefir 170 g (I have 1%),
  • whole grain rice flour - 120 g,
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon,
  • salt, black pepper.

✅Cooking.

First, let's prepare the filling.

Finely chop the cabbage, onion, grate the carrots.

Fry onions and carrots in a frying pan so that they do not burn, add water.

As soon as the onions and carrots are almost ready, we send the cabbage to the pan.

Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, so that the cabbage begins to soften and settle, then you can add mushrooms.

We bring it almost to readiness, salt and pepper to taste.

Add a piece of butter, stir and leave on the fire without a lid to evaporate excess liquid.

While the filling is being prepared, prepare the dough.

Mix 1 egg and kefir, salt a little.

Gradually add flour with baking powder.

Mix well. The dough turns out like a not very thick sour cream.

Next, combine the cabbage with the dough and mix everything. When you add cabbage to the dough, make sure that excess liquid does not get into the dough.

Pour the finished dough with filling into a small baking dish (I have a silicone mold 18 cm)

We send it to the oven at 180-190 degrees for 40-45 minutes. be guided by your oven. It may take a little more time or a little less.

Take it out of the oven, let it stand for 10 minutes and put it out of the mold on a plate.

I just covered the cake tin with a plate and turned it over. From the silicone mold, the cake came out wonderfully on the plate.
