How did I manage to lose weight?

After a series of diets and hunger strikes, after which excess weight always returned, I decided to approach the process of losing weight rationally and get rid of excess weight once and for all.

Calorie deficiency and proper nutrition helped me in this.

We find out our calorie intake (using online counters, of which there are many on the Internet), set a 15% deficit and grow slimmer for our pleasure.

Just a few days ago, in the Moscow region it was 15-16 degrees Celsius and the sun was shining.

Today, waking up in the morning and going to the window, I saw this picture:

We are covered with snow! And practically all day there was a blizzard. Maybe it's for the best. There are fewer temptations for people to roam the streets.

You have not emptied all your refrigerator stocks with your family yet?

I try very hard to stay in a calorie deficit. So that he was at least some. But I noticed that I began to nibble on what I then forget about. Either I'll try something from my own, then I'll just take a couple of dates, passing by.

But I force myself to work out these unaccounted pieces with physical activity.

Yesterday, while watching a movie with my family, I was simultaneously engaged in physical education with a fitness tape, plus squats, swings, bends.

I don't want to lose the result and then correct my own mistakes.

I'm sure everything will work out. You need to take care of your health now, including getting rid of excess weight.

Breakfast - sandwiches on whole grain bread (50 g) with turkey pastroma (100 g) and then with tea - royal cheesecake.

It turned out breakfast for 420 kcal.

After breakfast, I decided that I needed to draw up some recipes for you and edit a video. I had to tinker a little at the computer.

Also in the plans for today is to wash all the chandeliers. The windows cannot be washed with our sudden blizzard.

While I was washing the chandeliers, I remembered how my parents had to wash all the chandeliers and crystal accumulated over the years at home.

And now we have the minimum of everything in our apartment. I don't even know what to do with myself tomorrow. But I'll think of something.

Having straightened out the chandeliers, I had a bite of rye bread (20 g) with squash caviar (60 g) and drank green tea.

I read somewhere that the tincture of Chinese lemongrass increases immunity. I started adding it to green tea.

In addition, I added vitamin C to the usual complex vitamins, and I also make the whole family take itπŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ.

I had a snack for 130 kcal.

For lunch we had yesterday's chicken broth, in which I add vermicelli in portions (so as not to soften in the broth in a saucepan - I cook the vermicelli separately).

A plate of chicken noodle soup (450 g).I definitely add garlic and herbs. I took a rye loaf with the soup - 10g.

Lunch - 335 kcal.

After lunch I decided to hide from everyone, take a bath, feel like a bourgeois, so to speak.

I took with me vitamin C - an orange (150 g) and 4 dates. It turned out to be a kind of snack on 135 kcal.

I put on patches after the bath and went to audit the kitchen among the products.

I found a loaf that had to fall asleep, it is already a couple of days old. That is why when there is no loaf at home, everyone needs it. How do you buy - no one eats?

I decided to make quick croutons. Remember earlier they often cooked such - a loaf was dipped in milk, sprinkled with sugar and fried in a pan. Disgusting, but delicious!

Again, no, no, but how much effort did it take to pass byπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‰

So little by little it was time for everyone to have supper.

For dinner, I have pilaf with barley and turkey breast (250 g) and 100 g of vegetable salad. It turned out dinner for - 330 kcal.

As a result, 1350 kcal per day turned out.

I drink my 2 liters of water. It is especially important to drink more water now.
