Good day everyone and delicious weight loss!
For a long time I wanted to make paprikash. This is a Hungarian dish, goulash.
This time I wanted to make paprikash from chicken thigh fillet, but you can use chicken breast or turkey breast, as well as lean beef, thereby reducing the final calorie content of the dish.
Let's cook!
✅Ingredients I used:
- chicken thigh fillet (1 tray - 930 g),
- 3 onions - 270 g
- 1 tablespoon of whole wheat flour (20 g)
- a jar of soft cottage cheese (I have 0%. 120 g),
- salt, black pepper, dry garlic,
- 2.5 tablespoons of sweet paprika.
✅Cooking.
Cut the thigh fillet into medium pieces, try to cut off the fat, if any.
You can use chicken breast, turkey breast and other poultry parts in place of thigh fillets, and ideally lean beef.
Finely chop the onion.
Fry the onions in a saucepan so that they do not burn, add a little water. When in doubt about your nonstick skillet, add a drop of olive oil.
As soon as the onion is fried, add the thigh fillet to it and fry it almost until the meat is ready.
Do not forget to salt, pepper, add dry garlic and paprika.
At the very end, when the meat is ready, sprinkle with flour, add water.
I add water at my own discretion. If you want to have a thinner gravy - pour more water.
We mix the flour.
Add the curd, mix, cover and keep on fire for another 5 minutes.
That's all!
Serve with any side dish (buckwheat, bulgur, spaghetti TSP, potatoes)! It is delicious and very easy to prepare.
Enjoy your meal!

If you use breast (chicken or turkey), CBF will be more attractive, and the dish will be less nutritious, but no less tasty.
