Good day and delicious weight loss!

Today I want to tell you about how I get out of the situation when I need to quickly cook something very low in calories for a side dish.

✅The following products will be needed:

  • Chinese cabbage (or common white cabbage) - 650 g,
  • medium carrots - 60 g,
  • onion - 40 g,
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste - 10 g
  • salt, black pepper to taste,
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • dry garlic 1/2 teaspoon.

✅ Let's cook.

Quickly chop the onion into small pieces, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and send them to fry in a pan (I use a non-stick pan). To prevent it from burning, add a little water.

While onions and carrots are fried and stewed, chop the cabbage.

Everything about everything took me 5-7 minutes.

We send the cabbage to a stewpan with carrots and onions, immediately add tomato paste and all the spices: salt, pepper, dry garlic, paprika.

Add about 150 ml of water and mix immediately.

Cover with a lid and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender.

You can go about your business for these 20 minutes.

At the very end, add literally 10 g of butter, mix and turn off the heat.

Even such a piece of butter will give the taste of stewed cabbage, but will not harm our figure. And fats, even animals, are simply necessary for our body.
