Having embarked on the path of losing weight, I realized that a lot depends on breakfast. If you have a good breakfast, then during the day you will have strength to work, and thoughts about food will start to visit less and less.
I try to have breakfast as the highest calorie meal.
And a delicious breakfast will charge you not only with energy, but also with mood.
We already know each other with cheese cake and many of you often cook it in the morning.
But today I want to bring to your attention a cheese cake on oatmeal.
✅For the cake, I needed the following products:
- dry oatmeal 25 g,
- 1 chicken egg
- 30 g sour cream 10%,
- 50 g of cheese, it is better to take cheese with a fat content of less than 45% or suluguni cheese,
- a pinch of salt and baking powder.
Cooking.
I ground the dry oatmeal with a blender almost into flour.
I added an egg, sour cream, baking powder to the oatmeal and lightly salted.
Grated cheese on a coarse grater.
Mixed cheese with oatmeal. Everything took just 5 minutes.
I put the pan to warm up. I use a nonstick skillet, but smeared it with a drop of oil.
If in doubt about your frying pan, brush it with a drop of oil - it is convenient to use a special brush - you can spread a tiny drop of oil all over the pan and that will be enough.
Put the resulting dough into a preheated pan.
The smaller the diameter of the frying pan, the fuller the cheese cake will be. Unfortunately, I do not have a frying pan with a small diameter.
We bake a cheese cake under the lid for a few minutes on each side.
