The choice is always ours. Someone wants to suffer from hunger and be proud of themselves, telling what kind of work it costs him to lose weight or maintain a figure. Provided that he does not break off every time from those very tough diets, then there is no need to talk about any pride in the result.

And you can slowly but surely, enjoying life, eating tasty and satisfying and spending just 15 minutes a day counting calories, lose weight once and for all and calmly maintain the achieved result.

And no breakdowns! Here I speak for myself and by my example. Well, there can be no breakdowns, if you are full and tasty, if the food is varied. And besides, you can always cheat yourself and eat any tasty treat you dream about.

My choice is clear. After many diets, only a calorie deficit gave me the opportunity to live in a new way.

A week ago I forgot to weigh myself and missed the checkweighing. In fact, my weight is no longer important to me, but in order to get rid of the fat that is still present in some places, I should lose a little more weight.

I hope everyone understands that losing weight in the stomach, thighs and any other specific place (exactly where we want to) is impossible.
We lose weight in general, and as an evil, exactly where we want fat leaves us last. You can pump the press as much as you like, but the fat from this will not go away from the abdomen. You will pump up the cubes, but they will not be visible behind the layer of fat.

So this Friday at the weigh-in, the result is as follows:

Slowly I say goodbye to fat. I'm not in a hurry to go anywhere. Now it is important for me to swing my metabolism and prepare myself for the exit from the deficit.

Moving on to the menu for today.

In the evening I prepared the dough for the cheesecakes and in the morning, waking up, the first thing I did was turn on the oven and set the cheesecakes to bake. Today I have chocolate syrniki with nectarines.

Breakfast for 420 kcal.

After breakfast, set to work. I took the remnants of minced meat out of the freezer in advance - I thought quickly for dinner on the grill of cutlets with cottage cheese.

During the break, I had a snack on a sandwich on Darnitsky bread (35 g) with 10 g of butter and 35 g of carp caviar.

I really wanted such a sandwich with tea for some reason - I can afford it🀣. Snack on 210 kcal.

Closer to lunch, I took a break from work and went to the kitchen. And while I got there, I changed my mind about cooking cutlets with cottage cheese, because I remembered (I don't know why I I remembered this) about Natalya's commentary yesterday, where she talked about stuffed pepper on dinner. And so I wanted stuffed pepper, and then put the noodles for lagman into the remaining broth. Well, Natalia, the temptress!

I took out the frozen pepper, mixed the minced meat with cottage cheese and spices, stuffed the peppers. I chopped and grated vegetables. I put everything in a saucepan, filled it with water and left it for half an hour.

And then to work. I just turned down the fire when my peppers boiled.

Delicious stuffed peppers turned out quickly and easily.

Lunch - 100 g of boiled bulgur and 265 g of stuffed pepper (weight with vegetable broth). Lunch at 320 kcal.

After lunch, I poured myself green tea, measured out 20 g of dark chocolate and to work - 110 kcal.

In the evening, after waiting for my husband from work, we went to the market for the most part for vegetables and fruits.

We returned from the market and seemed to have to think about something for dinner, but I was a little upset here, noticing minor problems with the tooth I am treating. And I will have to go to Moscow to see what is happening there with the implant, although there were completely different plans for Saturday.

I didn't bother and ate stuffed pepper with broth and vegetables for dinner (175 g) - 145 kcal.

And for the evening I weighed 350 g of cherries - 175 kcal.

In total, 1380 kcal were obtained in a day.

B - 90, F - 53, U - 134. Due to cherries, I have a lot of carbohydrates today, usually I keep no more than 120 g.

Do not forget about water (30 ml per kilogram of weight).
