This is the only way I have been able to lose weight. At the same time, I did not suffer from hunger, I ate and eat deliciously.

Last night I baked a curd-poppy roll in pita bread, but I had no free calories, so I didn't even try a piece of the roll.
But this morning, at breakfast, I enjoyed a delicious roll (180 g) with green tea.

Today I work all day at the computer, and after lunch I have to go to the post office on business, I will take a walk and get some air, otherwise lately, only on weekends it is possible to take a good walk, and on weekdays, in the evenings, a lot of work. Therefore, on weekdays I "walk" on the ellipse on the sly - it's good that I got it during the period of self-isolation.
During the break, I had a bite to eat with a sandwich: 20 g of Darnitsa bread, 50 g of tomato, 120 g of boiled poultry (purchased). I took 1 fruit marshmallow for tea.
It turned out to be a snack for 260 kcal.
Surely now there are those who will prove how harmful purchased ham, boiled pork and other products are. Although I'm 98% sure that at the same time they themselves absolutely do not comply with their own recommendationsπ. You know, it often happens that someone writes to me on social networks, criticizing my menu and trying to teach me what I need to do to lose weight. After all, if I eat as I eat, then never I won't lose weight, says the critic! π And when I go to the profile of this critic, expecting to see at least "Miss Bikini 2019" - I see a 100+ kg lady-puff. So it is with those who talk about the dangers or usefulness of products.
I want to say right away that I choose food for myself and I consider it normal to buy a product that suits me in composition, if there is no time and desire to cook, for example, my homemade ham.
If you focus on the correctness, usefulness and other healthy characteristics of products, you can eventually burn out. And there will simply be nothing to eat, because in any product you can find something not very useful.
Today I decided to show you a collage in a dress. The first photo was taken in March this year, when the dress was just bought and the second photo was taken this weekend. For 5 months, I did not have many changes in weight, only about 3 kg was gone. But by the way the dress sits, changes in the figure are clearly visible.
Why am I doing this? You don't always have to focus on weight. Weight depends on many factors and is sometimes upsetting. In parallel, you need to control your volumes.
Be sure to measure your waist, hips, chest once a month and compare the results.
Today for lunch I have boiled buckwheat (120 g), 100 g of tomato and chicken breast, stewed in milk with cheese (130 g), which I cooked yesterday for 2 days.
Lunch turned out to be 390 kcal.
For dinner I planned one thing, but in the end I cooked something completely different and even the BJU turned out better than when planning.
I didn't want to bother with the cutlets, I was a little tired today and therefore decided to send a casserole of vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) to the oven.
Dinner turned out to be 350 kcal.
And in the evening I decided not to restrain myself and for tea I took 1 fruit marshmallow for 50 kcal.
In total, 1425 kcal per day. B115, Zh55, U111.
We maintain a small calorie deficit, drink water, do exercises, walk more and the result will be!
