Nobody wants to starve and endure restrictions.

There are even those who still believe and are waiting for magic weight loss pills. But, alas, there are no such pills.

Only we ourselves can help ourselves by taking control of our health, first of all, and controlling nutrition.

It helped me lose weight - counting calories and controlling proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

In fact, counting calories and keeping track of the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates (which is very important for our health) has become much easier than before. After all, now there are many applications for the phone, in which you just need to enter the food you have eaten, and the counter will calculate everything for you.

By counting calories, I realized how much I actually ate before. After all, it seemed to me that I eat very little and all my excuses about being overweight boiled down to the fact that I have a wide bone, problems with hormones, and so on. You yourself know all these excuses, right?

If you write down all the food you usually eat for several days in a row, you will be very surprised at the number of calories you see. As the girls who did this write, they "ate little" for 3500-5000 kcal! When on average (I repeat on average) a woman needs about 2000-2200 kcal to maintain a normal weight.

So I, seeing how many calories I ate before, realized that my bone is not very wide and my constitution is normal, and as it turned out, there are no health problems and hormones that affect weight.

Thanks to a calorie deficit, I not only lost weight (and still continue to lose weight), but also learned control my diet, changed my eating habits and now I know that I can keep the achieved result.

Another thing I love about calorie counting is cheat meals and loading days.

Losing weight on a calorie deficit is a fairly long process, and therefore a long-term stress for the body (like any, even minimal restrictions and changes).

And in order to shake the body and not let it get used to the deficit, so that it does not adapt and does not stop giving up fat, I arrange a "belly party".

In addition, such loading is excellent psychological relaxation, which helps to avoid breakdowns if you strictly control what you eat and rarely allow yourself sweets, even those that can fit into your daily KBZHU.

And today everything turned out so that Saturday is my boot day. I will not count calories, I will pamper myself with rolls, I will relax and rest - I will cheer myself up, otherwise the last working days turned out to be some nervous.

I had breakfast with fried eggs from two eggs with chicken ham (120 g) and tomato (90 g). I counted calories on the machine - it turned out 390 kcal.

After breakfast, we had to solve personal matters, take the documents to the organization, which is located about 30 km from us.

All is well in the place where we live, but some state institutions are very far from us.

Having finished with business, we went for rolls, took a whole set - it turns out more profitable than taking separate rolls.

While we were waiting for the rolls to be cooked, we walked around the center of the town where we arrived.

I had lunch with rolls - about 450g. Lunch lasted until the evening with a small amount of amber.

I ate watermelon for dinner - 800 g. But without fail, I followed the rule - dinner no later than 3 hours before bedtime.

I ate a watermelon and watched a comedy series to raise the mood on the topic of self-isolation. I just wanted to laugh, disconnected from all the problems.

And then I looked like my Buska: I just wanted to answer everyone with a phrase from the famous film: "Go away, old woman, I'm in sorrow."
