Stop and at least watch my story, perhaps it is she who will give you hope and help you take the first step to an easy, active life without excess weight, the first step to a new self.
Like you, I struggled with being overweight for a long time. I have tried many diets, practiced weekly hunger strikes. But even if she kept the diet (did not break down) and get the result, then after a while the weight returned again.
But I came to the conclusion that I should not go on diets, but change my lifestyle and control my diet. There should not be a return to a past life, to nutrition, on the color you were recovering!
And counting calories helped me.
With a minimal calorie deficit (15-20% of the norm necessary for your body), you will eat quite satisfying and tasty.

You will need:
- literally 15-20 minutes a day to add all your food for the day to the app - calorie counter (free!),
- kitchen scales,
- cook meals using less high-calorie foods (recipes for dishes that are included in my diet and which I share on my channel with subscribers can help you here).
- a little perseverance and a desire to become beautiful, slim, self-confident, and most importantly - to preserve and increase your health.
I wish you success! It depends only on you what you should be and how your life will develop further.
And today I want to tell you about such days that, when counting calories, help to swing the body so that it does not get used to a long-term deficit, does not adapt and continues to lose excess weight.
Today I had just such a day - loading day.
On Saturday, according to the plan, we have a trip to Moscow on business, then a trip to the shopping center - a new one wants a new dress for autumn-winter (you have to wear something, everything is great!)
What time we would have lunch, what and where - I did not know, so I had breakfast quite hearty and allowed myself coffee with milk and syrup.
Breakfast sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (60 g) with 40 g of processed cheese and 40 g of fish pate. Coffee with milk (150 g) and salted caramel syrup (15 g).
Breakfast went out already 525 kcal.
Once again I am surprised how coffee with milk and additives raises the calorie content of the diet. And before that I did not even think about it.
In Moscow, having finished our business, we went to one of the largest shopping centers. I already know in which chain clothing stores I can buy clothes for myself at reasonable prices.
Now I can afford to dress in any store (only the price stops). But before that they bought what fit and it almost doesn't matter how it looked.
But I didnβt please myself with anything. Apparently the shops are not ready to offer the autumn-winter assortment yet.
We went home with nothing. We drove and were terribly hungry, it was already afternoon.
And spontaneously decided to buy pizza! As I thought about pizza, I immediately wanted it.
And at the same moment I realized that I would have a download today, although I had not planned it.
From this moment on, there can be no question of counting calories - I just enjoy the fact that I rarely eat. I ate pizza. Not without an amber drink. Today I just relax and indulge myself with harmful sweets at lunch.
I had enough pizza until the evening and did not feel like eating something substantial for dinner. But the watermelon, which we also bought today on the way home - really wanted. I ate watermelon instead of supper. Just a huge bowl that I ate all evening.
This is the loading day I had today. Not according to plan, but doubly pleasant.

Do not forget - loaded up, ate your favorite sweets and again into battle the next day! No remorse or worries about the weight gain after loading. It will most likely be, because there will be fluid retention in the body.
I don't get on the scale at all after loading days. I weigh myself 2 times a month.
