If there is excess weight, then most often, this is the result of our relationship with food. And in order to get rid of excess weight once and for all, you need to change your eating habits.

But no diet is likely to help influence our eating habits. After all, this is only a short-term restriction in nutrition, often a severe restriction, after which we only dream of returning to our usual food.

And it turns out that the diet helps to lose weight, but then on the diet we are used to, the weight is gained again. We are looking for another diet and so on in a circle.

But this vicious circle is in our power to break!

I'll tell you about my menu for the day.

Breakfast - curd casserole-pie with cherries and lavash (275 g), as well as coffee with milk (100 ml) and vanilla syrup (15 ml).

Breakfast came out on 400 kcal.

I am writing an article in the evening and can not remember what I did after breakfast - everything is in a fog. Here is at least what I ate from the photo I rememberπŸ˜‚

Snack - 35 g of Darnitsa bread, 35 g of avocado and 50 g of salted chum salmon.

Snack on 275 kcal.

I decided to prepare food for dinner, so that it would last for a couple of days.

Cooked pickle and cooked turkey thighs in onion sauce.

Itself decided to eat pickle (450 g) for lunch with 30 g of sour cream 15%.

Lunch turned out by 225 kcal.

After the soup, which is not so high in calories, I drank green tea with 60 g of dried mango - 190 kcal.

Today we remembered that we had a pack of shrimps in the freezer for a long time. At one time, several packs were bought for the action, and now one forgotten was lying around.

We decided to boil, indulge in shrimps. And I immediately came up with a salad with vegetables and shrimps.

Shrimp, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, avocado and olive oil dressing. It turned out to be a dinner for 310 kcal.

And I got a day for 1400 kcal. B - 76, F - 57, U - 136.

The rate of water you have drunk is 30 milliliters per kilogram of weight.

The day passed unnoticed today. Didn't seem to do anything. I worked for several hours, watched a film, cooked, and went out for groceries several times. I didn't have time to look around - the day passed by without remembering.

There are days when nothing special happens and they will not remain in memory. But today is the day when I do not understand at all how time flew by, what I was doing.

And the rain outside the window and the gloomy sky leave a negative mark on this day.
