I also thought so when I tried unsuccessfully to lose weight on diets and strict restrictions.

But that all changed when I came to counting calories. I not only lost weight, but lost weight comfortably, eating deliciously and not starving, allowing myself pastries and other sweets. And most importantly, I learned to control my diet, changed my eating habits and now I know for sure that there will be no return to excess weight.

Today I have an oatmeal cookie recipe for you.

I wanted to make exactly the thin oatmeal cookies. I have already cooked a magnificent one and I have such recipes, they can be found in the catalog by the link that I will leave at the end of the article.

🍪For cookies, I needed the following products:

  • 130 g long-boiled oatmeal (monastic hercules),
  • cottage cheese 5% - 200 g (I have loose cottage cheese, not in briquettes (not dry and not very wet)),
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 1 banana - 95 g (neat weight),
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar),
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

🍪Cooking.

Grind oat flakes for a long time with a blender almost into flour. I like to keep the big pieces.

Add banana, egg, cottage cheese, sweetener, cinnamon and baking powder to the ground flakes.

Mix everything well. It turns out a liquid dough.

We set aside the dough and let it stand for a while so that the oatmeal swells.

While the dough is infused, prepare the baking sheet and turn on the oven.

It is better to cover the baking sheet with a silicone mat, then the cookies will not stick and will be easy to remove.

I switched to silicone bakeware and rugs a long time ago.
Almost nothing sticks to them, unlike baking paper, for example.
Reusable silicone mats - washed and cleaned until next time.
There are dough rolling mats on which you can also bake. There are rugs with small sides - I like to bake meat on them - the juice stays on the rug and does not burn to the baking sheet itself.
Silicone bakeware and rugs have greatly simplified the oven baking process.

Spoon the dough out on a silicone mat (you can use good baking paper you are sure of).

Leave a distance between each cookie, it will spread a little more in the oven.

We put the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Always use your oven for baking times. It may take a little longer for the golden brown to develop.

Let it cool slightly with the liver and remove from the silicone mat. While the cookies are warm, they are softer.

KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 297, B - 19.7, F - 8.1, U - 37.4.

One cookie contains about 75-80 kcal.
