No. I just broke out of the vicious circle, figured out the reasons for my failures and achieved a result. I changed my eating habits, lifestyle and we can say that my life started with a clean slate, became active and more interesting than before.

I solved the problem of excess weight with the help of nutritional control and calorie counting. I decided not only without health problems, but also improved my health, thanks to the transition to a more correct, healthy diet and, most importantly, thanks to getting rid of excess weight.

Until you believe, doubt, look for Photoshop and some other deception - others are slimming to their delight - delicious and not starving. Each of us has a choice of path.

My diet for one day.

For breakfast - two boiled eggs and a sandwich on Darnitsa bread (20 g) with fish pate (45 g). Green tea with jasmine and you can start your day.

Tomorrow turned out to be 360 kcal.

To the remaining tea from breakfast, I took a leaf of dried mango (15 g) - 50 kcal and went to work.

Monday didn't work out for me. I feel like I'm getting sick. I always feel a rise in temperature. Even if I have 36.8 and not 36.6, I immediately feel it. But, for example, the husband does not feel at all that his temperature rises. All the same, the organism is amazing and individual for each of us.

About individuality - just don't forget about it. I read the comments and am surprised every time. An abstract example: a woman with a height of 2 meters and a weight of 100 kg doubts that she will lose weight by 2000 kcal - a lot! And then a woman with a height of 150 cm explains to her that you can lose weight only by 800 kcal, because this is exactly what happens to her. And I can give many such examples - this is not one case. We are all different! And we all have different calories. What suits one - there will be few or many others.

A small digression, but I could not pass by, the more I immediately remembered an example.

It got cold outside after a warm weekend, but I had to poke my nose outside on business and return through the store.

In the store I saw Ivan-tea with black currant, and even for a promotion. Oh, these magic actions. I have never tried it, I decided to take it. Helpful say.

At home I immediately decided to brew Ivan-tea. And immediately the smell confused me. Do you know how henna smells? The same aroma came from the tea, as it seemed to me.

And I didn't like the taste. But once useful, I will finish the packaging. Or maybe I somehow brewed it incorrectly and there are nuances in the disclosure of taste?

Snack - tea and 150 g of French apple pie - 195 kcal.

The tea is not very good, but the cake is delicious and brightened up all the shortcomings of my "healthy", supposedly, teaπŸ˜‚.

For lunch, 130 g of boiled buckwheat and 200 g of chicken breast in a creamy sauce. Went out dinner for 385 kcal.

I had to drink tea after dinner, but hot tea to keep warm. And I have Ivan tea brewed in my favorite teapot. But I look at him, it’s how good it’s brewed, such a dark saturated color has become. I took it and poured it like tea leaves and added boiling water. And you know, but the taste turned out to be interesting. Yes, this is not tea at all, a herbal drink, but I even liked it, steeply brewed and infused for a longer time. I will definitely finish the purchased pack, but I will not buy it anymoreπŸ˜‚.

I want to try something new, but not always a successful experience.

After lunch, I immediately sat down to work in order to quickly finish everything and free up time for cooking. On weekends, I cooked food only for lunch.

Today I wanted to cook fish soup from the heads and tails of trout, which has been salted and has long been eaten.

And we also ate chicken pastroma so quickly (apparently I haven't done it for a long time, we missed it) that we decided to marinate more chicken breast on night, and tomorrow it only remains to send it to the oven for 15 minutes and cool the juicy, tender chicken breast for sandwiches there ready.

I pulled out a piece of chum salmon from the stash - I missed the salted fish - I will salt it.

These are the plans for the evening.

Fish soup and ate for dinner. The bowl of soup turned out to be 200 kcal.

For the soup, vegetable salad of tomatoes with red onions (250 g), seasoned with sauce (olive oil, pesto, soy sauce, lemon juice). I really like this sauce lately, I began to use it often.

I made the salad, but I ate it a little later. Dinner is at 17 o'clock and I ate soup.

In order not to go to bed hungry (after all, after soup I often want to eat in an hour or an hour and a half) - I ate a salad 3 hours before bedtime.

Salad and bread (30 g) - 210 kcal.

In just a day, we got 1400 kcal. B -87, F - 50, U - 140.

The norm of water and a lot of hot green tea are drunk.

By the evening it became even worse for me than during the day, but apparently I fiddled in the kitchen and felt weakness. And where she managed to catch a cold is unclear.
