The main problem of all the diets I have been on (and I have tried quite a few of them) is myself. I myself created problems for myself, not realizing one thing - you cannot jump from diet to diet, you cannot lose weight, return to the diet on which excess weight was gained.
Each time, having lost weight with great difficulty, with restrictions and hunger, pulling yourself out on willpower (sometimes not pulling out and running into another jam) - I always returned with great pleasure to the usual nutrition. And in the end, the weight returned and brought friends with it.
Only by constantly monitoring your diet can you maintain harmony and health. If you find a diet that is comfortable for you, which is not high in calories and contains more healthy foods, you will improve not only your figure, but also your quality of life.
And it is not necessary to exclude from the diet all foods that someone called enemies for those who are losing weight. Observing your calorie intake and balance of BJU, you can eat your favorite foods and keep yourself in shape, maintain your health.

Today I got up in a great mood - and all because the sun is shining outside the window, although it is rather cool. Still, I am dependent on the weather, I would go where there is a lot of sunπ
And immediately the desire to work, to redo a bunch of things!
And my breakfast today is quite hearty.
Two boiled eggs and a sandwich on Darnitsk bread (30 g) with avocado (30 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (80 g).
Breakfast turned out to be 450 kcal.
After breakfast I immediately sat down to work. My workplace is next to the window - the sun is shining, the sky is blue - it's even pleasant to work. And the fact that it is cool is even good, it does not pull on the street like in summer.
Today I was not even lazy and took a break for 10 minutes to knead the dough into homemade whole grain bread and put it in the oven to bake.
Then I cut myself an orange for a snack (235 g without the skin turned out), broke off 20 g of chocolate and went back to the computer.
Snack on 195 kcal.
Today I even found positive moments for myself in the approaching winter - this is the season of my favorite red oranges, they are also called Sicilian. Very tasty oranges and, as they say, very healthy.
Last winter, I only ate red oranges during the season. I'm waiting for them to appear.
In general, I haven't been overjoyed for the past few days. I cooked jellied meat - we have been eating for how many days, we cooked pickle - also for several days. There is a desire to bake something - I bake and as you know most baking recipes are quick and simple. How much time does cooking for several days free up.
I sincerely do not understand why many people believe that in order to lose weight it is necessary to stand at the stove from morning to night. Someone wrote that you even need to cook each meal separately. Literally today I read a comment that this one needs to live, without a family, to eat like that. Where do people get these thoughts from?
Yes, when you have time, you can afford more variety and even if you want, you can cook something several times a day. But this is subject to the time and desire! And everyone decides for himself - he has a desire to cook a treat for one meal or he wants to spend an hour and a half and cook a saucepan cabbage soup, cook pilaf or buckwheat like a merchant, cut a huge bowl of salad or cook something else that will be enough for a couple of days throughout family.
There would be a desire, but to find a compromise and choose those dishes that fit into your KBZhU and like homemade ones it is always possible and many readers with different modes of work, worries and employment prove this to their example.
Do you cook something anyway, do not everyone eat in restaurants and order ready-made food? So why not approach food preparation more efficiently for yourself, your health, and your family's health?
Here is what I have for a day in a row for lunch pickle, and for dinner aspic. And they often write to me - in order to lose weight and eat like that - you have to cook for yourself every day, several times a day. I would like to ask - do you cook your own soup every day in portions or aspic? Stew potatoes with meat for 1 portion? Do you also cook rice, bulgur or buckwheat with meat for 1 serving? Cut the salad for 1 time and only for yourself?
So why, when it comes to losing weight and, first of all, solving health problems - excuses immediately begin?
For some reason, some have not tried it, without thinking, but how you can actually plan your day and cooking - it is more convenient to brush it off and do nothing, change nothing.
But this is their choice, their favorite comfort zone, which they fear to lose.
And for lunch, I once again have a plate of pickle (400 g) with sour cream (25 g) and a piece of freshly baked homemade whole grain bread (30 g) - 340 kcal.
For dinner, a classic of the genre - jellied meat (250 g) with boiled potatoes (150 g). happened 320 kcal.
We have an early dinner at 17 o'clock. And in order not to be hungry before bed, I often eat something 2-3 hours before bed. Today it's just 200 g of curdled milk - 115 kcal
So I wanted curdled milk, all the more half a bottle of curdled milk remained after making bread - I finished it.
The result of the day is 1420 kcal. B - 94, F - 64, U - 109.
Judging by the comments, not everyone reads the articles carefully and this is half the trouble, but the fact that due to inattention people draw the wrong conclusions is already worse.
Just today I read a comment that I have such a good result, because I have dinner at 17 o'clock. That is, until now, a person considers it correct and working - not eating after 18.
Never! You will never lose weight if you ate your calorie intake before 6 pm. No calorie deficit - no weight loss! And on any diet, with any method of losing weight, it is the rule of calorie deficit that works.
