To lose weight from 132kg to 69kg - I ate, not starve. An example of my slimming menu.

Eating and losing weight is possible! And I know that for sure. Diets and hunger strikes are no longer for me. Moreover, they rarely led me to success.

The most comfortable way to lose weight for me was counting calories with a balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Nowadays there are many applications for phones that make life much easier for us who are slim by counting calories. It is enough to enter into them what he ate during the day and it is immediately clear - where he overeat and what.

It is very convenient to estimate the menu for several days according to the available products and follow it. In this way, nutrition is controlled and overeating is not allowed.

I will give an example of my slimness menu, thanks to which I not only lost weight, but also maintain weight.

For breakfast today I have an egg roll with curd cheese, cucumber and cold smoked pink salmon.

I used 2 chicken eggs, curd cheese 35 g, cucumber 35 g and pink salmon 55 g.

Breakfast turned out to be 395 kcal.

And I could not resist one waffle that I cooked yesterday on the electric grill for tea (20 g) - 75 kcal.

After breakfast, I took the tea and waffle with me to the computer and ate it during work.

I didn’t invent anything and took a bite with what I had ready-made.

Cheese pumpkin soup was planned for lunch, and curd casserole for dinner.

But in the fridge there was a herring under a fur coat with sour cream (which no one else will eat except me, because there is herring in mayonnaise). So I decided that we should eat herring, even if it’s a snack. That's how I want it today.

Snack 135 g of herring under a fur coat and 35 g of Darnitsa bread. Happened 195 kcal.

Pumpkin season is in full swing and I've never made the most delicious pumpkin puree soup yet. Of course it's cheesy! Delicate, tasty, velvety, and with smoked paprika so spicy... be sure to try it!

Plate of pumpkin puree soup for lunch (450 g) - 190 kcal.

For dinner, cottage cheese casserole (200 g) with raspberry syrup (10 g).

Dinner turned out to be 340 kcal.

I decided to try low-calorie sauces and ordered raspberry and chocolate. So far, only raspberry has come to me. Somehow a very long time ago, at the beginning of my path to harmony, I already tried such syrups (the taste was cherry in chocolate) - it seemed to be tasty, but the composition certainly confuses. I still do not understand - how can there be 20 kcal per 100 g - this is exactly the same chemistry should be then.

I wanted to try again. And some of you wrote in the comments about such sauces. And I was temptedπŸ˜‰.

By the evening I still had about 200 calories free. And I took care of them and decided to drink tea with a sandwich on Darnitsky bread (35 g) with butter (10 g) and carp caviar (40 g) - 220 kcal.

Here I persuade you not to seize stress and just a bad mood because of the problems, but I ate it myself! Thanks to Zen, who has only been causing me problems lately.

But note - everything is within the daily calorie intake!

The result of the day is 1415 kcal. B - 87, F - 73, U - 92. And the controversial KBZHU in the end.

I have drunk the norm of water, do not forget about physical education and skin care.

And as I told you, my weights started to misbehave. And if last night they completely refused to work, then today (having learned, apparently, that they had found a replacement) they decided to prove themselves.

I weighed food on an old scale and I doubt the accuracy of the calculations.

I hope that tomorrow a new kitchen scale will come to me.
