In the presence of a calorie (energy) deficit, anyone will lose weight!

At the same time, some points can slow down the process of losing weight and force you to turn off the path:

βœ…Lack of patience. At first, the weight goes off well, you are excited and it seems that it will always be so. But the process of losing weight cannot always go linearly. It can happen that the weight will increase, but it will also quickly go away, and there is a plateau (the body is a complex mechanism and when the weight changes, it needs to rebuild many processes).

Therefore, you need to be patient, maintain a deficit and wait for progress to resume again, and not abandon everything halfway.

βœ… Stress. And stress can be not only psychologically. For the body, too low calorie intake, lack of normal sleep, and huge physical exertion will be stressful. Stress increases cortisol, which retains water. And now it seems that the process of losing weight has stopped, although this is not so, if you continue to maintain a calorie deficit.

βœ… Reference by weight only. It is impossible to focus only on weight. Weight is not only fat, but also muscles, bones, organs, water, and so on. It happens that during a month in women, weight can jump several times due to hormonal surges. It is necessary to control not only weight, but also volumes! If the weight is worth, and the volumes are gone, then the process is underway.

I will give an example of my slimming menu.

Breakfast - sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (55 g) with curd cheese (30 g) and fish paste (60 g). Green tea.

Breakfast turned out to be 370 kcal.

Today I didn't want anything in the morning - neither to cook nor to eat. For me, sandwiches are the fastest breakfast you can talk yourself into to eat.

After breakfast, I hurried to tell you about my Saturday, share the joy of shopping and new photos.

Yes, and a whole bunch of comments had to be sorted out - on Saturday I decided to take a break from Zen, and there was no time to answer everyone. If you missed something important - sorry.

This is what I got on a Sunday morning. Today all day at home, and I don't want to go anywhere.

At 11 o'clock I had a snack with an apple (200 g) and drank green tea with 40 g of fruit marshmallow - 200 kcal.

Yesterday was such a good mood, but it remained in yesterday. Today for some reason I don't want anything. I don't even want to cook, but I love to cook.

I had to cook dinner today, got the turkey breast. But what to cook with her, there were absolutely no ideas. I decided to bake it under a hat, but so that fuss was at a minimum. I put the breast on the onion, greased with melted cheese and garlic and covered with tomatoes. Don't do that - it's not very tastyπŸ˜‚. Of course you can eat. But not "wow" at all. And it will take a long time, it turned out for a couple of days of meat.

Still, how the taste of cooked food depends on our mood. I have a direct relationship, if there is no mood, then there are no ideas what to cook and it turns out so-so.

Lunch - 100 g of boiled buckwheat and 170 g of turkey breast with cheese and tomato.

Lunch went out on 335 kcal.

Half a day today I thought about the cake with apples on oatmeal, which we recalled today in the comments. I really wanted a cake, but I was too lazy to cook something. I don't know what came over me.

As a result, the desire to eat the cake overpowered and still cooked it. I got the cake on 400 kcal.

I ate from the heart and my mood somehow even improved. After all, food is really the most affordable pleasure that you want to pamper yourself with. And it's good when you understand to what extent you can pamper yourself, otherwise there is a direct road to excess weight!

For dinner I decided to eat chicken broth (350 g) with 50 g of boiled noodles TSP.

Dinner turned out to be 150 kcal.

Such a light dinner was enough for me, because there was a very hearty cake for an afternoon snack.

The result of the day is 1455 kcal. B - 114, F - 67, U - 104.

Drinking regimen, physical education is always to help counting calories.
