Good day and good mood to you!
For those who want to lose weight comfortably, without breakdowns, tasty and without starving, I will leave a short note on losing weight by counting calories:
Today I want to tell you about coconut oil.
Coconut oil is a natural plant product. The oil is obtained from the pulp of dried coconuts. It is widely used in cooking, including frying food, and in cosmetology.
I confess that when choosing an oil, I was primarily going to use it for cosmetic purposes. As my hairdresser advised me to use good moisturizing shampoos for my hair when I asked him about hair care and restoration. But when I saw the price of the recommended shampoos and balms, I was shocked to say the least. Well, I'm not ready to give 2 thousand rubles for shampoo.
And then I remembered about coconut oil. I have known for a long time that coconut oil is used as a cosmetic for hair and skin and even read many positive reviews.
I got the oil like this:
This coconut oil is 100% refined deodorized. Volume 500 ml.
I store the oil in the refrigerator and it freezes there and looks like in the photo below.
But as soon as he stands in the warmth, the oil begins to melt instantly. This is one of the main signs that the oil is natural.
From the warmth of the hand, the oil quickly becomes liquid and is easily applied to the hair.
I put the amount of oil I need (no more than 10 g) in a small container, it melts in my hands.
I apply the melted oil to the hair and face.
For clarity, I made a photo of hair smeared with coconut oil.
It is better to walk with such a mask for at least an hour (in order not to stain good clothes, I wear what I do not mind).
The oil is easily washed off. It is enough for me to wash my hair twice with shampoo and no traces of oil remain. Hair is absolutely not greasy. But what after the mask from coconut mala hair is pleasant, moisturized. As after an expensive procedure!
The oil is used as a repairing agent for damaged, thin, split ends, brittle or colored hair.
The photo, of course, does not convey the effect.
The photo was taken immediately after washing off the coconut oil mask and blow-drying the hair.
I use the same oil instead of a cream for both the face and hands - an amazing moisturizing effect. In addition, I apply it to skin areas that have not yet fully stretched after losing weight. The moisturizing effect is gorgeous.
The oil is universal and is suitable for the scalp, décolleté, neck, face, feet and hands.
Coconut oil is quickly absorbed, tones the skin, giving it firmness and elasticity, promotes smoothing wrinkles, accelerates the process of skin regeneration and prevents the appearance of age spots and aging skin.
I felt that there was no need to buy two types of oil - one for cooking, the other cosmetic. Natural oil is natural oil, which has all the properties I need.
Why is coconut oil recommended for cooking?
The composition of coconut oil contains saturated fatty acids (almost 83%). Coconut oil also contains vitamins (K, choline, E) and minerals: calcium, zinc and iron.
Due to its rich composition, the oil:
- possesses antiseptic, antimicrobial and bactericidal properties,
- helps to activate lipid metabolism and maintain moisture balance in the skin.
- maintains the balance of bacteria in the intestines.
Coconut oil improves the cardiovascular system, prevents the development of thrombosis, coronary artery disease and hypertension, strengthens the walls of blood vessels.
In addition, the oil activates the healing of the gastrointestinal mucosa, strengthens the immune system, is able to activate and accelerate metabolic processes, prevents the development of obesity and beneficially affects the state of the thyroid glands.
Coconut oil has a lot of useful properties.
I tried both frying in a little coconut oil and adding it to baked goods.
I was very pleased with the result. And I plan to add coconut oil to my diet. I will not completely replace butter with it, since we also need animal fats, but to a lesser extent than vegetable fats.
I just share my experience of losing weight, talk about my menu, life, share photos of walks in beautiful places. I advise nothing and no one, always seek advice from specialists.
