I went from 132kg to 69kg without starving and eating deliciously. I show the menu and tell you what helped me lose weight.

What helped me lose weight after many years of unsuccessful diets and hunger strikes, you understood from the collage above. This is an elementary calorie counting and BJU balance.

The energy deficit rule always works. We eat fewer calories (energy) than the body needs and become leaner. Any method of losing weight is based on this rule.

So why count calories and BJU? Basically, in order to eat with a minimum deficiency (without breakdowns, hunger) and get the maximum of nutrients from food and not harm your health.

If you do not have such a goal and you like the cycle of diets, breakdowns and new weight gain, then you can leave nothing and continue in the same spirit.

I realized in due time that I needed to change my attitude to food, change eating habits and control food always, and not only on a diet to endure restrictions and then pounce on food with pleasure, gaining weight again. It is the understanding of this, constant nutritional control that helped me to lose weight with such a result and without breakdowns and helps to maintain weight.

With the help of calorie counting, I learned to control food and already intuitively know how much food I need, and what food to avoid passing on.

I will turn to my menu for the day as an example of calorie counting.

On Saturday, I decided to arrange a day off from everything in the world - that's why regular readers lost me on Sunday because the article from the menu did not come out as usual. Have you lost it? And I had a day off and I decided to bypass the computer.

Sunday breakfast - sandwiches on Darnitsa bread (70 g) with curd cheese (35 g) and carp caviar (50 g). I washed down the sandwiches with green tea.

It turned out breakfast for 330 kcal.

I wanted to create a holiday mood at home this weekend. On Saturday we already bought something to decorate the house, but what I wanted was not found (or rather, we did not find everything, the most beautiful garlands were sold out). We decided to go today to look at another store, closer to us, just as it was necessary to go to the pharmacy.

Immediately after breakfast we went to the store. But alas, even there I did not find what I needed - they all sold out. Well nothing. There is still time to decorate the house as the soul requires.

Arriving home, I slowly began to decorate the house. I have not decorated everything as I want - it remains to wait for the Christmas tree markets and put New Year's bouquets from pine branches.

I had a bite of green tea with 100 g of chicken sausage. I wanted something so nasty. Snack on 210 kcal.

For lunch, I finished the hodgepodge. 400 g hodgepodge with chicken breast, mushrooms and Chinese cabbage, as well as a slice of whole grain bread (25 g).

Lunch went out on 325 kcal.

One day off from the computer and I barely forced myself to get down to business today and write an article for you. It was only spurred on by the fact that you were waiting and even worried and began to ask if everything was fine when you did not see the next article. It's nice to be worried about you😘.

Day off at home - and pulls something to eat. I could not resist and arranged an afternoon snack: 20 g of peanuts and 120 g of persimmon - 210 kcal.

For dinner, I planned to fry chum steaks on the electric grill and decided to marinate them again in soy and oyster sauces with garlic, oregano and marjoram. Last time we liked this marinade very much.

She rubbed the fish with marinade and left it to marinate until dinner. And the electric grill will cope with it in less than 5 minutes.

Dinner - 220 g of chum salmon fried on an electric grill and vegetable salad (150 g of vegetables: tomato, cucumber, greens), seasoned with sour cream 10% - 30 g.

Dinner turned out to be 350 kcal.

Let me remind you once again the main points related to the electric grill.
So that meat and fish are not tough and dry, the first thing we do is heat up the grill.
We put the products for frying on a well-heated grill and grill for 3-5 minutes, depending on what we are frying.
For small fish steaks, 3 minutes will be enough and the fish will be juicy and tender. Chicken breast takes a little more time - 5 minutes. Don't be afraid to undercooked. In the case of a grill, you have to worry that you will overcook or dry out the product.

The result of the day is 1420 kcal. B - 130, F - 63, U - 85.

Do not forget to observe the drinking regime. I drink a glass of water on an empty stomach and before every meal. I get the rest of the water during the day.

And of course, exercise and skin care are important points when losing weight.

I was tired of freebie lovers who decided that they could put pressure on pity, on some feelings, trying get something for yourself (basically this is a menu developed specifically for them with BZHU for a week or even month). Well, no matter how they do not understand how to count this very KBZHU, so I must bow to the floor and bring them everything on a silver platter. I got tired of reading attacks in my address, because I did not immediately respond to the message or did not answer the way someone would like.
