Good day and delicious weight loss!

The good thing about calorie counting is that you can eat goodies! The main thing is to fit them into your daily calorie intake.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious and aromatic strawberry jellied pie.

The strawberry season is coming soon, the markets are already selling Krasnodar and Crimean strawberries. And someone will soon have their own.

🍓For the test, I needed the following products:

  • cottage cheese 9% - 250 g,
  • 2 chicken eggs (60 g each),
  • 170 g whole grain flour (I used 120 g rice and 50 g corn),
  • baking powder 1 tsp,
  • vanilla sugar 5 g,
  • 4 sachets of sweetener (or sugar. 1 sachet (1g) sahzam = 5g sugar).

🍓For filling, I needed:

  • soft cottage cheese - 250 g (2 jars, I used 0% fat) / you can use natural yogurt (not drinking!),
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 20 g rice flour
  • 5 sachets of sweetener (or sugar),
  • 5 g vanilla sugar.

And of course the main ingredient is 250 g of strawberries and a few berries to garnish when serving.

🍓Cooking.

Cooking the dough.

Mix 9% cottage cheese, 2 chicken eggs, 4 sachets of sweetener, 5 g of vanilla sugar and 1 tsp of baking powder.

Mix the curd mass well and add 170 g of flour to it. If your curd is thin, you may need a little more flour.

In any case, the dough is sticky.

We take a baking dish. It is ideal to use a split mold with a good non-stick coating. I do not have a detachable mold and I used a silicone baking dish (mold diameter 18 cm).

With hands moistened with water, distribute the dough evenly, forming sides.

Next, lay out the strawberries. I deliberately do not cut the berry so that it gives as little juice as possible and the dough does not get wet.

Next, we prepare the fill.

I used a bowl blender.

Mix soft cottage cheese (or natural yogurt), a chicken egg, 5 sachets of sahzam (or sugar) and 5 g of vanilla sugar. Add literally 20 g of rice flour and mix again. The fill is ready.

Fill the berries with the resulting filling.

We put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.

I left the finished pie to cool on the table to make it easier to get it out of the mold.

We take out the cake from the mold. I just covered it with a plate, turned it over, took off the mold and turned it over onto another plate.

Decorate the pie with fresh strawberries and serve with tea.

Delicious and aromatic!
