Good day and delicious weight loss!

Lucky for those who are losing weight by counting calories and have forgotten about rigid diets and hunger strikes. We can eat almost anything, as part of our daily KBZHU, and get slimmer!

Berries ripen in the forest and at dachas. I've collected some blueberries in the forest and today I want to offer you the simplest recipe for berry pie with blueberries and raspberries.

The raspberry flavor complements the blueberry and gives the cake an indescribable flavor.

The dough is juicy and tender.

First of all, mix the kefir 2.5% (I cooked with yogurt) with soda and mix.

The mixture will begin to foam a little and increase in volume - the reaction of kefir to soda has begun.

Add the chicken egg, vanillin and sweetener (or sugar) to the kefir and mix everything well.

Then gradually introduce flour, mix.

The dough is ready. At the very end, add the berries.

Put the dough in a baking dish. I use a silicone mold (18 cm) and do not lubricate it with anything, because nothing sticks to the silicone molds and the baked goods come off perfectly.

We send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Always adjust the baking time based on your oven.

✅I needed the following ingredients:

  • 250 g of kefir (I took yogurt, but with kefir it will be even better),
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 150 g whole grain flour (I have rice),
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 6 sachets of sweetener or sugar (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar)
  • a pinch of vanillin,
  • blueberries 100 g,
  • raspberries 50 g.

KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 157, B - 4.55, F - 2.8, U - 26.85.
