Diets didn't work, but I found a way to lose 60 kg in 2 years. My menu for the day

Good day and delicious weight loss to everyone!

I know what it is to diet. I spent my entire adult life on them. Starved for weeks. Then she came out of hunger strikes for weeks, including a little different foods in the diet.

And each time the weight dropped was returned. Are you familiar with this situation? For sure.

And the majority understands why the weight comes back. Because after every diet we shout - Hurray! I lost weight! And we run to the refrigerator, starting to eat everything the same thing that we ate before the diet.

In any case, you have to make a choice. On one side of the scale will be your beauty, harmony and, most importantly, health.

But on the other side of the scale - all the high-calorie snacks that you are used to eating are fatty cakes, fried pies, fried potatoes, meat that literally floats in the sea of ​​oil and all this more.

And when the desire to be slim, beautiful and healthy wins, the scales will outweigh - that's when proper nutrition and calorie counting come to the rescue.

It was the transition to proper nutrition (not even PP, but about PP), as well as calorie counting and a diet composed with a calorie deficit that helped me lose 60 kg.

And I still maintain my weight by counting calories. While I am resting a little, I maintain my weight, but I plan to get rid of at least another 5 kilograms.

The diet, recipes adapted for low-calorie, but tasty and satisfying, and calorie counting help me not to recruit everything again, as it was before.

I'll tell you about my menu for the day.

Breakfast - sandwiches on ordinary Darnitsa bread (65 g, home-made whole grain is over and it was very lazy to bake it yesterday).

I made sandwiches with curd cheese (20 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (70 g).

And with tea a piece of chocolate manna with a pear (60 g).

It turned out breakfast - for 400 kcal.

For a snack, fruit - this is called dorbala😂.

As long as there is fruit and the opportunity to buy it, you should use it.

300 g strawberries and 200 g apricots - 205 kcal.

I know that many of you love mango as much as I do.

But there are those who didn't like the mango. Therefore, I decided to tell you my today's comparison of two types of mango.

Today I sampled dried mango from our purchases. You always want to buy cheaper, save somewhere. But until you try it yourself, you will not understand whether it is worth saving on this particular product.

And so I took a mango and compared it with what I buy on the market (without sugar).

I knew that I took a mango with added sugar, but still decided to take a chance to try - the difference in price is 2 times all the same.

The mango on the left is with added sugar, but still not in sugar syrup (there are some, they are generally sticky to the touch).

And it doesn't taste like anything. There is sweetness and almost no taste. And if those who first tried dried mango just like this, it is not surprising that they did not like it. I didn't like it either😂.

But dried mango is yellowish, which - even when you open the package - the aroma is simply breathtaking!

These are the tests and comparisons I had today.

And I tried 100 kcal.

And for lunch there was cheese soup with spinach (450 g) - 200 kcal.

And after lunch with tea I ate 70 g of sausage cheeseand drank coffee with the addition of 100 ml of milk- 190 kcal.

Today we rested at home all day, the weather is rainy - neither take a walk, nor ride a bike.

For an early dinner I finished stewed zucchini with turkey (300 g) - 220 kcal.

And I left the most delicious for the evening. While watching a movie, I ate 250 g of strawberries - 100 kcal.

In total, 1415 kcal learned in a day. I observe the drinking regime.

When you sit at home on a day off, you just do what you eat. The main thing is not to go beyond your deficit😉.

It remains to be hoped that the next - already officially summer days off - the weather will please us and we will spend them more actively in nature.
