Are you still starving to lose weight? Then I'm coming to you! I remembered a phrase from an advertisement😉.

No, I will not go to you, do not be alarmed. Fasting to lose weight is your choice, and I'm certainly not going to deprive you of your choice.

I can only tell you about the method that helped me lose weight in 2 years from 132 kilograms to 60 kilograms. Now my weight is 71-72 kg with a height of 172 cm.

What kind of method is this, you ask? A long-known, really working method is counting calories and their deficit.

In fact, any diet is based on a calorie deficit. But usually, dieting is a severe restriction on food.

Counting calories and eating with a slight deficit from our norm, we do not limit ourselves to food to hungry stomach pains.

On the contrary, calorie counting helps us to control our food, eat tasty and satisfying. After all, we know exactly how much we ate and can still eat food today, so as not to overeat and not to send everything that is above our norm to fat.

✅ If you want to eat hearty, tasty and lose weight - count the calories.

🤐 If you want not to bother with counting and lose weight, go on a starvation diet.

⛔ If you don’t want to count, you don’t want to go hungry, you sit on your big butt and do nothing.

And I'll tell you about my menu for today.

For breakfast I have sandwiches on whole grain bread (45 g) with 20 g of curd cheese and 65 g of cold smoked pink salmon.

And also 65 g of PP fruit pie with green tea.

It turned out breakfast for 375 kcal.

Today I did not want to work at all, and getting up very early all week I redid all my affairs and I had nothing urgent.

Therefore, I have a rest today in the morning.

The morning sun woke me up again very early and before the time of the snack I had time to clean up the apartment and take a turpentine bath.

By the way, I looked exactly how much turpentine elixir I had left - it turned out to be only 1 bath.

So, from next week, probably, I am again in the ranks of losing weight. But this is not yet certain😂. I stop eating and start to lower the calorie intake a little. I will look at how many calories the weight will go down, and I will stop there. During the two months that I raised my calorie intake from 1300 to 1450-1470, even - the weight did not go away - although for me this is a deficit.

That is why I say every time, do not make my mistakes, do not underestimate the calorie intake. Then it will be very difficult to get back to your normal calorie intake and not gain weight. It will take a long time to disperse the body.

After the bath, I drank hot green tea with 50 g of Iranian dates and ate 150 g of apple.

Snack on 160 kcal.

For lunch, I finished mushroom soup (400 g) and 200 g of herring under a fur coat with thin rye bread (20 g).

They wanted my herring under a fur coat, so I decided not to lag behind. I have herring with sauce - sour cream, mustard, some soy sauce.

Lunch went out on 325 kcal.

For dinner, I sent a chicken breast with cottage cheese in bell pepper to be baked, under cheese.

I ate one half (270 g) of pepper with chicken breast and 150 g of cucumber for dinner.

Dinner - 340 kcal.

During the day I ate 35 g of peanuts - 200 kcal.

Having already finished writing this article and having counted all the calories for the day, I went to the kitchen for tea and could not resist 30 g of dried mango - 70 kcal.

In total, 1470 kcal were obtained in a day.

The norm of water is drunk - this is about 2 liters of water. I don't count green tea.

Once again about the water. There are many opinions about the need for water and its rate per day, which contradict each other. Even WHO experts say that you need to drink water and at least 1.5 liters per day. There is data from the same WHO experts that 1.5-3 liters of water is needed per day.
In any case, it must be borne in mind that we are all different and for someone 1.5 liters is not enough, and for someone even a lot.
Do not force water into yourself. The body gets used to everything, it just takes time. Gradually increasing the amount of water drunk per day by a little bit - you will come to the fact that the body itself will ask you to drink.
