Many people ask - how to start losing weight, how to adjust yourself.

And honestly, I don't know the answer to this question. Everyone has their own motivation to lose weight. For some, the question of losing weight has become a matter of survival. Someone realized that a couple more extra pounds and he would not be able to move normally and leave the house. And for someone the motivation will be just a new dress, which has sunk into the soul, but you need to lose weight by a couple of sizes.

Everything is individual. Someone brings themselves to the extreme and weighs more than 150 kg, and someone extra 5 kilograms no longer give rest.

But in any case, before starting your way of losing weight, you need to understand and put in your head that all efforts will be in vain if, having achieved the result, we return to the previous way of life.

You understand that if you have gained a lot of extra pounds, then your nutrition is far from ideal, it is not even normal. And having made great efforts, spending time, even years, to lose weight, you can return everything back in a few months.

Only by changing your lifestyle, reviewing your diet, establishing control over your diet and avoiding overeating, you can lose weight and not gain all over again.

Start by understanding that your lifestyle needs to be changed once and for all.

I'll tell you about my menu for today.

I have an early breakfast again today - thanks sunshine. After long rainy days and cool sleepy weather, on sunny days you want to get up early and early. You manage to redo a lot of household chores and start working at 8 o'clock.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs from two eggs (eggs 60 g each), 35 g of cheese and a piece of whole grain homemade bread (20 g).

Came out 370 kcal. After breakfast I drank green tea and did not forget about omega-3 and complex vitamins.

Closer to 11 o'clock (at this time I already have a snack according to the schedule), I redid the main part of the day's work.

And here again I have some kind of cottage cheese mania! I haven't eaten anything from cottage cheese for several days, and now, please, I just think about cottage cheese. That week I had exactly the same.

I quickly packed up and ran to the store for fresh curd. I was ready to eat it just like that, but still decided to portray something beautiful in a plate. Just an excuse to try date syrup.

I bought a natural date syrup for testing. I want to try adding it to sweets instead of sweetener (where possible). Of course, the syrup will add calories, but it's healthy.

And for a snack I have 100 g of cottage cheese, 150 g of pears, and I poured everything in 10 g of syrup.

It turned out to be a snack for 230 kcal.

Over the weekend, everything that had been prepared in advance was almost eaten and the first had to be cooked for dinner. Since Saturday I have been planning to cook sorrel cabbage soup and bought a lot of sorrel in the market.

Lunch - a plate (450 g) of sorrel cabbage soup with 30 g of sour cream 10% and whole grain homemade bread (30 g).

Lunch at 275 kcal.

Today I also had an afternoon snack.

I decided (while there is no urgent work) not to wait for the evening and take the last turpentine bath.

And after a bath I always drink hot green tea and now I wanted something salty with tea. I took rye loaf (15 g) and cold smoked pink salmon (90 g) - 210 kcal.

I didn't take a photo, I was in a hurry to warm up with tea and a blanket after taking a bath - such recommendations.

As for the course of turpentine baths.
For almost 2 months my course lasted. For two months I rested from a deficit of 1300 kcal, which I had and increased the calorie intake. Accordingly, the weight stood still.
During these two months, the condition of the skin in problem areas (and this is the inner surface of the thigh and the inner surface of the hands) has become better, but far from ideal. And here I do not know what played a big role - that the weight is worth and therefore it is clear that the skin is tightened a little bit or the turpentine baths in combination with other care still worked.
But in any case, I did not feel any "wow" effect. Well, besides the fact that sleeping at night has become much betterπŸ˜‚.
I will not recommend turpentine baths for skin improvement, but I can’t say that they are useless either.

For dinner I have lazy dumplings (170 g) with blackberry sauce (100 g) - 340 kcal.

The sauce was prepared quite simple, but a lot. She interrupted 100 g of thawed berries with an immersion blender, warmed it up in a frying pan, added 1 sachet sachet of the zama. And the sauce is ready!

I froze the dumplings several times - now just take them out of the freezer, cook and enjoy a new taste every time, preparing a different sauce for them.

I learned in just a day 1425 kcal.

They say rightly that you get used to good things quickly. So, I quickly got used to a higher calorie content and, accordingly, all sorts of tasty treats that you can afford more than before on a deficit.

But enough rest. Summer has come, and I am still far from my ideal πŸ˜‚.

I want to say right away (remind you) that at one time I made a mistake by lowering my calorie intake to 1100-1200, and even with such a low caloric intake, the weight began to go badly. I had to raise the calorific value to 1450-1500, the weight stood still for a long time. But I could not stand it and decided that I would still continue the process of losing weight and lowered my calories a little. As a result, it turned out that my weight was only 1300. And that's good, not 1100. I am to blame myself, I slowed down all the processes with a low calorie intake.

Therefore, learn from my mistakes and do not reduce calories. 15-20% of the norm is enough for the weight to go down, if you have not previously ruined your metabolism by eternal hunger strikes.

And about the water.

Today we have 27 degrees, the sun is shining and the water is drunk with a bang! I haven't drank so much water for a long time.
It's time to start getting used to the drinking regime in the heat, if before that you did not succeed. By the way, in the heat our legs often swell, have you noticed? This dehydration affects the body. The body senses water shortage and retains it in all ways.
