I already introduced you with achma recipe and many people love this tasty and satisfying PP dish.
But today I want to tell you how I cook a lazy achma, when I absolutely don't want to mess around in the kitchen for a long time, but I want a delicious curd and cheese achma.
In addition, I made it easier for KBZHU by removing the egg from the recipe.
β Ingredients I used for 1 serving:
- cottage cheese 5% - 80 g,
- milk 2.5 -100 g,
- suluguni cheese - 50 g,
- pita bread - 30 g,
- salt, pepper, dry garlic, dry basil.
β Cooking.
We rub suluguni on a coarse grater and add to the curd.
Pour milk to the cottage cheese, add spices - salt, pepper, dry garlic, basil.
Cut the lavash with scissors into small pieces of any shape and add it to the curd-cheese mixture.
Mix everything well.
We spread the learned mixture into a baking dish.
I always use silicone molds - baked goods do not stick to them, everything lags well and gets out of the mold.
Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
And after the specified time, we enjoy a delicious and satisfying dish!
