Good day and delicious weight loss to everyone!

The first way, which in all my experience of losing weight (and I've been losing weight as long as I can remember), which really helped me lose weight, yes also to hold out for such a long time is the calculation of calories, their deficit in compliance with the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

For more than two years now I have been in the process of losing weight, and only for the last couple of months have I rested from a deficiency, increasing a little calorie intake.

But after all, it is very difficult to control food for such a long time and not to break into something tasty.

You often ask me - what about the holidays and the festive table, what about barbecue in the summer? Really for 2 years I have never celebrated, have not eaten kebabs?

I also ate kebabs as I celebrated. We had an outdoor picnic almost every weekend that year.

And such days are very important for our psychological state, including for weight loss.

First, constant restrictions are the road to breakdowns and, as a consequence, weight gain after a breakdown.

In addition, the body must rest from a calorie deficit and understand that it is not starved and sometimes pampered.

I call days like this zagrucky. Do not confuse with unloading!

Unloading is needed for those who eat at their own rate or even more. Then, unloading helps to bring the average daily calorie intake to the figure at which the weight will not creep up.

And those who adhere to a calorie deficit, on the contrary, need to rest the body and feed it, so as not to slow down the metabolism, so that the body does not get used to low calorie intake. After all, if he gets used to and adapts to low calorie intake, he will stop giving up his reserves.

Today I will introduce you to my download day.

I try to combine such days with the celebration of something or simply with the desire to go to barbecue.

So this time we decided to combine the Day of Russia with a picnic in nature.

I didn't bother too much with breakfast today. I ate 2 eggs, which were boiled in advance yesterday. And two sandwiches with cheese (30 g) on ​​whole grain bread (30 g).

Out of habit I calculated the calorie content of breakfast - 380 kcal.

From the very morning the weather was wonderful! At 9 am I went out on business - the sun was shining and it was even hot.

We decided to go out early, for a long time we had not been going to barbecues in nature - we wanted to spend as much time as possible in the fresh air.

For myself, I chose chicken breast kebab. It turned out to be very gentle, I was surprised myself.
I cooked 2 small fillets. For the night, I marinated the breast, cut into portioned pieces in salt, pepper and dry garlic, basil and tomato seasoning, and sprinkled with lemon juice from 1/3 of a lemon. Added onion, cut into rings.
The marinade turned out to be excellent.
And to the kebabs there are a lot of vegetables and Uzbek flatbread.

As soon as we started to grill barbecue, the weather began to deteriorate. The sun disappeared and a thunderstorm began!

It's good that my husband decided to adjust the car just in case. They quickly left everything in the trunk and hid themselves.

But the second portion of meat was fried on the grill, we had to cover it with foil.

We decided to wait out the thunderstorm, because in the distance the blue sky could be seen, and the strong wind inspired hope that the thunderstorm would pass quickly. And the meat had to be fried under the foil.

And now literally half an hour and the sky brightened, the thunderstorm ended and the sun shone, only the heat was gone. We decided to stay. The only thing I had to be reborn was while I was running in the rain soaked through.

And then the day was just wonderful. The sun, great weather - and neither hot nor cold, fresh pine air - beauty!

We fried kebabs, ate, I didn’t deny myself an amber drink.

We left home in the late afternoon, just brought the fruits and vegetables that I ordered.

And in the evening we ate some cherries.

This was my boot day.

The first outdoor barbecue this year.

I didn’t count the calories today (well, just breakfast out of habit) and I don’t even want to roughly figure out what happened during the day of KBZHU.

The only thing is to definitely drink water, especially if alcohol is present.

That summer, almost every weekend we went out to barbecue and this did not prevent me from losing weight in any way, but even gave me strength to continue on my way.

Rest - even from a calorie deficit is very important.

The most important thing is not to drag it out for a few days and after resting - the next day again into battle without any remorse.
