My channel is for those who want to lose weight tasty and satisfying.

All diets have been tried, you went on hunger strikes, but there’s no point? Weight all the same returns or there is a breakdown from all diets.

I went through all this too. But I found a way to lose weight by 58 kg and share my experience with you.

Today I want to offer you a recipe for the simplest strudel in pita bread, which a subscriber shared with me Anya. I hope in the comments she will appreciate what I did and we will all thank her for the recipe.

✅We need the following ingredients:

  • Armenian lavash (thin) - I have 120 g,
  • a couple of apples - 300 g,
  • raisins - 20 g
  • a pinch of cinnamon and vanilla,
  • sugar 1 tablespoon (I used 3 sachets / sachets of 1 g of sweetener). If the apples are sweet, you can not use sugar at all.

Cooking couldn't be easier.

We rub the apples on a coarse grater, discard the peel (in the video, the link to which is at the end of the article, you will find a life hack - how to grate apples without the skin, without peeling it off in advance).

It is better to immediately squeeze out the apple juice a little, in my opinion, so that all the pita bread does not part when the roll is formed.

Add cinnamon and vanillin to the apples to taste - I added about half a teaspoon of cinnamon and just a pinch of vanillin.

Add raisins and mix.

We spread the pita bread (I folded half of it twice) and spread the apple filling over almost the entire surface and level it.

We twist the roll, bending the edges. The main thing is not to break the pita bread, as it will quickly get wet from apple juice.

We put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes, be guided by your oven.

Anya recommended covering it with foil. I didn't do it. I got a little crispy in some places, and the rest of the roll was all soaked in apple juice.

Delight! The family ate it all at once with tea and I tasted a piece.
