Greetings! Glad to see everyone on my channel.

Here I talk about my experience of losing weight by 57 kg, slimming further, and also sharing my menu and recipes for dishes that are included in my diet.

Here we eat tasty and satisfying, counting calories, we are not afraid of various products, we are friends with potatoes, pasta and bananas. And basins of grass are not about us.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for potato quiche with mushrooms.

This dish will even decorate a festive table and surprise guests.

Ingredients (for those who consider KBZhU, I indicate grams):

  • potatoes 4 -5 medium pieces - 500g,
  • mushrooms - 310g (I have mushrooms and boletus mushrooms, you can do any),
  • onions - 2-3 medium onions - 180g,
  • semi-hard cheese 50 g,
  • classic yogurt - jar 150 g,
  • 2 eggs,
  • salt pepper,
  • cornstarch or any whole grain flour (20 g).

Cooking.

The first thing we do is prepare all the products.

Set the potatoes to cook on mashed potatoes, salt them immediately when cooking.

Finely chop the onion and fry.

I use a non-stick frying pan to prevent it from burning, I add a little water.

Some of the onions will go to mashed potatoes.

Fry the mushrooms with the rest of the onion, salt and pepper.

Turn the boiled potatoes into mashed potatoes, add half the fried onion, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon to it spoon (20 g) cornstarch or any healthy flour (such as whole wheat flour) and grated cheese.

Mix everything well.

We take a mold (I have a silicone one) with a diameter of 18 cm or a little more and distribute the mashed potatoes in the shape, making the sides.

Preparing the fill.

We take classic yogurt, 1 egg and mix well.

Add mushroom fill.

We spread the mushrooms in a mold with potatoes.

We send it to the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until a delicious crust forms.

When I cooked this dish for the first time, I was faced with the question - how to get it out of the mold without damaging it.
It turned out to be simple. We cover the intestine with a plate, having previously separated the edges with a knife, turn it over, remove the form. It turns out that our quiche is turned upside down. Cover the top with a plate and turn over. That's all.

That's all! The dish is ready. Enjoy your meal!
