Greetings to everyone on my channel. Here is an area for those who are slimming or just keep an eye on their figure, and at the same time, eat tasty and satisfying.
We do not eat basins of grass, but eat tasty and balanced.
After a series of New Year's holidays, I really want something simple and easy.
Personally, I was drawn to soups.
Lately I have often cooked cheese soup or simply chicken broth with noodles durum wheat.
But the other day I remembered about the beloved by many pickle and decided to prepare its easy version, and also replace the cereal (barley, rice) generally accepted for pickle with bulgur.
It turned out to be a light (only 35 kcal per 100 g) soup, and what a delicious one!
For the soup I needed the following ingredients:
- chicken breast 2 medium pieces - 450 g,
- potatoes 4 medium tubers - 400g,
- 1 carrot - 90g,
- onion 1 piece - 100g,
- bulgur 40g dry,
- 4 medium pickled cucumber - 380g,
- garlic 4-5 cloves - 20 g,
- salt - an incomplete tablespoon, allspice 5-6 pieces and 2 bay leaves.
- water 1650
Let's start cooking.
First of all, I prepare all the products, wash, clean.
I rub the carrots on a coarse grater, and finely chop the onion.
You can immediately send fried onions and carrots to the pan. I use a non-stick skillet and fry without oil. Add a little water to avoid burning.
Cut the chicken breast and potatoes into medium pieces.
We rub the cucumbers on a coarse grater, do not pour out the brine formed during rubbing.
Finely chop the garlic. We wash Bulgur under water.
We pass to the stove.
I put the main pot on the fire for the soup and a small pot for the chicken breast.
Someone boils the meat and drains the first broth, and I have adapted to dipping meat in boiling water for a few minutes, and then I take it out and add it to the main pan.
Having let a little chicken breast in boiling water, we take it out and send it to a saucepan in which we will cook the soup (water is already boiling there).
We also send the roast there. Cook for 5 minutes, salt and add potatoes.
Bring the potatoes to half-readiness and add bulgur and spices - lavrushka and allspice.
Cook until half cooked bulgur and add cucumbers and garlic.
Leave it on fire for another 5 minutes, turn it off and let it brew a little and cool down.
Serve with herbs and a spoonful of sour cream - tasty and easy!
Enjoy your meal!
The soup is thick. Who wants less thick - reduce the amount of food or add water.
