Good day and delicious weight loss to you!
Today, without further ado, I want to share with you a recipe for chocolate manna with pears. This is delicious! And the calorie content will only delight you😉.
And do not be afraid of decoys - the main thing is to use semolina of hard varieties.
✅For manna, I needed the following products:
- kefir - 200 g (I have 1% kefir),
- semolina TSP - 200 g,
- 2 chicken eggs - 120 g,
- 2 pears (net weight 350 g),
- cocoa - 20 g
- sweetener - 7 sachets or sugar (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g sugar),
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon and a pinch of salt.
✅Cooking.
We mix kefir, eggs, sweetener (or sugar), baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Next, add semolina and mix well.
Set aside 30 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the pear into small cubes and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes.
In the original recipe, the pear should be fried in butter with added sugar. But why do we need extra fats and calories. And without caramelizing the pear, it turned out very tasty.
The dough is infused - add cocoa to it. Optionally, you can add a bag of vanillin - it will be great!
We take a form 16-18 cm in diameter.
Today I wanted to use a silicone muffin mold, in which the baked goods are made with a hole in the middle. By the way, what is this form called? 🤔
Put the pears on the bottom of the mold.
Fill the pears with dough. I used a spoon to make indentations in the pears in several places, helping the dough to flow.
Put in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden stick (knife, toothpick) on it there should be no wet traces of the dough.
Enjoy your tea!
