Good day and delicious weight loss!

How long had I wanted to make lazy dumplings and put it off, forgot.
But then the day came when the stars converged so that it was time to take care of me and dumplings. Yes, not just dumplings, but the most delicate dumplings with cherries.

Let's cook! They are so tender, delicious вкус.

And for a brighter cherry flavor - let's prepare cherry sauce.

✅I needed the following foods for 2 servings:

  • homemade cottage cheese 5% - 300 g,
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 30 g whole grain flour (I used rice flour, you can use whole wheat wheat),
  • 4 sachets of sweetener or sugar (1 sachet = 1 g = 5 g of sugar),
  • a pinch of salt,
  • 50 g cherries (I have frozen).

✅For cherry sauce:

  • 50 g cherries (frozen)
  • 5 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch (2 g)
  • 1 sachet of sahzam.

✅Cooking.

As always, I use a blender with a bowl for speed and convenience.

Mix the cottage cheese, egg, sahzam and a pinch of salt, whisking so that there are no lumps of cottage cheese left.

Then add flour to the curd mass and mix well again.

The dough for our lazy dumplings is ready. It's sticky enough. To whom it is difficult to work with such - add flour, but do not forget to recount KBZHU.

Put some dough on a palm moistened with water, put 1 frozen cherry in the middle and roll a ball.

We roll balls with cherries.

We put water on the stove, bring it to a boil.

When the water boils, you can send our lazy dumplings into it.

Literally in 2-3 minutes the dumplings float up. Let's boil them for a couple more minutes and you're done!

Can be served with 10% sour cream or natural yogurt.

Or you can make a quick cherry sauce.

We put a frying pan on the fire, lay out the cherries and pour out all the juice that she gave while defrosting. You can add some more water.

Add butter, stir in it.

Then sprinkle with a teaspoon of starch and mix well.

I like thick sauce. If you want a thinner sauce, adjust the consistency by adding water.

At the very last moment, add a sweetener (or sugar).

By the way, the sauce can be made from any berry: raspberries, strawberries, blackberries - whatever you love!
Then we cook the dumplings themselves without the cherry in the middle and pour the berry sauce👍
