Good day and delicious weight loss!
Today I do not want to talk long and tediously about weight loss, the convenience of calorie counting and the comfort of losing weight on a calorie deficit.
Those who have been with me for a long time already know about it and have tried it on themselves, losing weight or being in a successful process.

I'll move on to my Friday menu with a modest gala dinner with a glass of semisweet that fits into my current calorie deficit.
And also, at your request, I have prepared a recipe for my signature honey cake!
My breakfast today consisted of sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (70 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and lightly salted fish (70 g).
Breakfast for 370 kcal.
Slowly they begin to consume the last fish reserves from the freezer. I can't live without my favorite salted fish, especially knowing that I have a stash.
They ordered me a Caesar salad for a festive dinner, I had to make a trip to the store today for lettuce leaves, cherry and cheese were just over.
I noticed that recently ambulances began to come to our LCD very often. Before, I hardly saw them, but now every day more than one will rush by.

Returning from the store, I decided to eat a salad with chicken and canned pineapples (150 g) for a snack, which I seasoned with soft cottage cheese (0%, the other is not yet in the store next to us. I usually don't use low-fat dairy products).
The snack turned out to be 245 kcal.
For lunch I had baked chicken breast (110 g) and braised Chinese cabbage (260 g).
The lunch turned out to be low in calories - 230 kcal.
I try to have enough free calories for the evening, but also not to feel hungry and not bite during the day.
With tea in the afternoon I ate dates on 65 kcal.
And now the time has come to share with you the honey cake recipe, as it was infused, soaked in cream.
If something is not clear - ask, I will tell you.
The prescription for the cream requires 300 g of butter and a can of condensed milk. But I never had enough cream for all the cakes, if made according to the recipe.
You, of course, understand that this is a calorie bomb. But how delicious it is!
Do not forget to insist, I usually put it in the refrigerator overnight.
In the evening for dinner I had one of my favorite salads - Caesar with PP dressing, the taste of which is practically indistinguishable from Caesar dressing.
The salad came out on 285 kcal.
And plus a glass of semi-sweet - 300 kcal.
Total for the day - 1495 kcal. I still went over the calories. But nothing, I'm still resting and gradually getting used to the increase in calorie intake.
When drinking hot drinks, it is important to drink water so as not to dehydrate the body, otherwise there may be swelling in the morning, and naturally, weight gain on the scales.
We haven't had any boast for a long time!
While I raise my calorie and rest, I have nothing to brag about.
