Good day to everyone and delicious, comfortable weight loss, without hunger and hard restrictions.

Now I know for sure that it is tasty, comfortable and not hungry to lose weight - perhaps!

After years of eternal diets, restrictions, breakdowns and gaining even more weight, I came to counting calories and in two years got rid of excess weight and continue to lose weight.

Yesterday, probably, one of you lost me, getting used to the fact that every day my mini reports appear with the menu for the day. And I decided to rest. From everything. We had a great time on Saturday at a picnic and even though the weather is no longer happy with warm days. And now I feel that I need to take a break from any work, because you can easily burn out.

Therefore, most of the days off I did not go to the computer, did not work and only had a rest.

Our picnic was planned and, therefore, no calorie counting - we will spend the day for our pleasure, we will swing the body so that we do not get used to the calorie deficit.

Saturday breakfast was ordinary - tea and pita rolls with cottage cheese and cherries. And even if they look not very good, but they taste на

And in the afternoon, when the sun peeped out from behind the clouds, we went out for a picnic, to sit in the fresh air.

In the evening, when everyone began to freeze on the street, we went home, where we continued the evening playing board games. I drank green tea and ate delicious hard cheese.

As I said, I did not count any calories and did not even think about them - I was just resting.

I also wanted to write an article in the evening and tell you about the day of loading, to remind you that we really need such days. But all desire was crossed out by Zen itself. I will not go into details, but lately there have been a lot of questions for him.

In general, the desire to write something has gone and in general somehow the mood has evaporated.

This is partly why I disappeared on Sunday. At first, we had no plans for Sunday, because the plans were for Monday - we don't care about business in Moscow, which means we can take a walk.

But waking up in the morning - we decided to go to Poklonnaya Gora. I do not really like everything that is connected with the war, all this upsets me, even if I watch films, it is always to tears.

But when they go to meet you and go for a walk wherever you want, you must also act in response. Therefore, an open-air exposition of military equipment on Poklonnaya Gora was waiting for us on Sunday.

I had breakfast with scrambled eggs from two eggs, and a kind of sandwiches cucumber (100 g), curd cheese 930 g) and salted trout (50 g). Breakfast for 395 kcal.

And at breakfast coffee with milk (150 ml) and syrup (20 g) - 130 kcal.

And after breakfast we went for a walk. I wanted to forget about all the problems, get away from everything and just relax. It just boiled so much that you need to distract yourself from everything, I especially wanted to take a break from all that stream of negativity that sometimes pours out here.

After walking a little, we got hungry in the fresh (relatively fresh Moscow 🤣) air, and in front there was an exposition of military equipment. So we decided to have a snack.

I ate a little chicken shawarma and drank green tea.

The shawarma was so small that it seems to me there is no 300 kcal. But let it be 350 kcal. I don’t know for sure. It turns out I have a second day without counting calories. Well, let it be, I think I deserve such a rest.

After having a bite, we went to the exposition. I must say that the territory is huge, I had to walk a lot. I took 12000 steps there.

Even me, a girl, was interested, especially when you understand that all this is a piece of our history, our Victory.

Well, in the photo below, I already went into a rage (a child sits deep in me somewhere, who in childhood played with boys in war. Yes, and I am the daughter of an artilleryman!)

Honestly, I didn't want to get on the tank, they forced me in an impudent way, I even suffered a little🙈🤣.

Having been, having seen enough, under the impression - I felt like eating. Except for fast food, there is nothing around - so what. I ate a hot dog and drank green tea. On the site I found information that 237 kcal in a portion of such a hot dog. Somehow I hardly believe it, although I may be mistaken. Let it be at least 300 kcal.

We walked a little more, sat by the fountains and drove home - until we get there, it will be evening.

And for dinner I decided to eat only vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber and herbs - only 250 g), seasoned with 5 g of olive oil.

And I drank coffee with 150 ml of milk and 20 g of syrup (salted caramel) - wonderful, by the way, the coffee turns out.

Dinner for 230 kcal.

And according to my very rough estimates, a day comes out to 1405 kcal.

And if this is really so, and taking into account the fact that almost the whole day is on my feet - that's great!

This is how my weekend passed. We still have a week of vacation left - there are so many plans, but of course not to have time for everything, and I can tell you that ordinary walks around Moscow sometimes cost a lot.
