Often I hear - no need to count calories, you just need to eat less and lose weight. I do so and lose weight - girls say.

And then the same girls write to me that my result is excellent, but they broke loose and ate, the weight is worth, or even someone again added a few extra pounds.

Yes, there are many reasons for breakdowns and weight gain - no one is immune from various difficult life situations.

But by and large, all breakdowns come from the fact that in your desire to lose weight and not bother counting calories, most simply limit themselves to food so much that they can no longer cope with these restrictions.

They themselves drive themselves into a situation where they no longer have the strength and want something tasty, want to eat normally. So much for the breakdowns.

By counting calories and establishing a minimum calorie deficit, weight loss is much easier than on strict diets. We control our nutrition, we know clearly how much we ate and how much more we can eat and whether it will fit a yummy that suddenly loomed on the horizon, in our daytime KBZhU without harm to losing weight and overeating.

We can eat what we like and lose weight.

Everyone made a choice for themselves. Someone pity 15 minutes a day for counting calories, but do not mind their efforts invested in losing weight.

And someone successfully loses weight and maintains their weight, simply counting the calorie content of the diet, controlling nutrition.

Again, I missed the cottage cheese.

I decided to quickly cook pita bread rolls with cheese, cottage cheese and spices for breakfast - they turn out very tasty!

Used: 100 g of cottage cheese 5%, 30 g of cheese, 60 g of lavash, a little salt, dry garlic and basil. Fried in a dry non-stick frying pan for half a mint on each side until a crunch of pita bread.

Breakfast came out on 410 kcal.

Today is my day when I didn't know what to grab onto in the first place. And you need to work, and the video to mount to recipes for the blog, and to clean the apartment after the weekend, and cook.

But I did it all! ๐Ÿ’ช

I had 300 grams of cottage cheese left to use, the expiration date was coming to an end.

And I got the idea to make cottage cheese baskets with cherries - just frozen ะทะฐะผ there is still enough left.

I tried to use a maximum of cottage cheese and a minimum of products. It turned out very tender curd baskets, which I tried for a snack with green tea. This is what I wanted to have a snack for myself today.

2 baskets came out on 150 g - 285 kcal

By the way, everyone liked the baskets very much, even when cold.

At the same time, so as not to waste time - I cooked cheese soup for lunch - it will be enough for us for a couple of days.

Before lunch, I still managed to tinker with the video recipes and get out.

For lunch, a plate of cheese soup (430 g) and vegetables for a total of 175 g, as well as a 25 g slice of bread.

Learned lunch at 315 kcal

But after lunch I went to work at my laptop, taking tea and 50 g of royal dates with me to recharge my body - 150 kcal.

Towards evening I was free, and supper had to be prepared.

I still had some canned pineapple and defrosted chicken breast. I remembered about chicken breast under pineapples, but decided to cook a similar taste, but in a slightly different version.

Dinner - 100 g of boiled bulgur and 100 g of chicken breast baked with pineapple and cheese.

Happened for dinner 250 kcal.

In just a day - 1410 kcal. I drank a lot of water, even more than my norm.

This is how my day went after a great weekend.

On the issue of disruptions. Remember yourself. After all, surely many of you have tried a bunch of diets, right? How long could you hold out on any newfangled diet without breaking down? And how long did you keep the result? I (even with my willpower) did not suffice for a long time๐Ÿค.

In addition, the situation was aggravated by the lack of understanding that our food must always be controlled, and returning after the diet to the usual diet, we return excess weight.

By the way, I'm a little lost. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me that we should have a checkweighing this Friday? Or not?
In any case, it's time to control yourself and brag about the results. It's a pity I have nothing to brag about yet, but I hope to fix the result this Friday and improve it in 2 weeks!
