It sounds complicated, but in practice everything is simple, especially since there are applications on the phone that they themselves consider everyone for us😉
And today I want to tell you about a wonderful sauce for fish, as well as a quick and easy way to cook the fish itself.
We will cook a red fish (I have a chum salmon, you can take pink salmon, sockeye salmon, salmon, trout - it all depends on your budget and tastes).
We wash and dry the fish with a paper towel. Salt, pepper and I also added a universal vegetable seasoning - that's how I wanted it.
And then I turn on my favorite electric grill, let it warm up for just a couple of minutes and spread the fish on it. Cover and fry for 3-4 minutes. Everything! Juicy and tender fish is ready! No oil, no boning in flour. It's just the simplest fish and spices.
If you don't have an electric grill (and many don't have one), heat up the pan, put the fish on a sheet of baking paper and fry in a dry pan on baking paper on both sides.
A simple sauce will decorate and make the taste of the fish unique.
The base of the sauce can be sour cream, soft cottage cheese or natural yogurt.
I took 50 g of sour cream 10% as a basis.
Next, rub 50 g of pickled cucumber and a couple of small cloves of garlic on a fine grater.
Mix sour cream, cucumber and garlic - the sauce is ready.
Boiled young potatoes are perfect for a fish with such a sauce - it's just yummy!
The sauce itself goes well not only with fish, but also with potatoes.
