Good day to all and delicious weight loss!
If you read the information on the collage above, then you already understand that I achieved the result in losing weight by counting calories. No diets have given me this result.
The advantage of calorie counting is that as part of your daily calorie intake, you can eat deliciously and without feeling hungry.
We cook less high-calorie meals than we used to, but no less tasty and enjoy life and the process of losing weight.
Today I want to tell you how I cook chicken breast with vegetables in a creamy sauce.
The recipe is very simple and quick - I didn't even have time to look back, as everything was ready.
✅I needed the following products:
- chicken breast (fillet - 590 g),
- onions - 80 g,
- frozen vegetable mixture (I have a Mexican one - 200 g),
- processed cheese (in boxes, 70 g),
- cream 10% - 100 g,
- salt, black pepper, dry garlic and a pinch of suneli hops.
✅Cooking.
Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion.
We send the breast and onion to stew and fry in a saucepan. No oil was added.
Salt, pepper.
We generously add dry garlic (or a couple of fresh garlic cloves) and a pinch of suneli hops.
When the chicken breast is half cooked, put the frozen vegetables in a saucepan. I had 200 g, you can put more.
Simmer until vegetables are thawed and then for a few more minutes.
Then add cream and melted cheese.
Reduce the heat to keep the cream and cheese from simmering.
Stir until the cheese is melted and simmer for about 5 minutes more over medium heat, without bringing the cream to a boil.
You're done! Enjoy your meal!
