We prepare various dishes from canned fish: this is a salad (Mimosa among them), and a quick soup, and stuffed eggs, and, of course, pies.
I made pies with canned food with my own dough, and with purchased, and in pita bread. But today I decided to make a new version: in potato dough.
What you need:
* canned fish / in oil or own juice / - 1 can
* potatoes - 1 / large / piece
* eggs - 2 pieces
* mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
* sour cream - 3 tablespoons
* flour - 3 tablespoons
* greens (or onions) - optional
π
For filling canned food with juice knead with a fork add 1 yolk (the white and the second egg will go into the potato dough) crumbling onion (green or onion) in the filling π
We do potato dough: potatoes rub on a coarse grater, add mayonnaise, sour cream, eggs and flour π
The dough turns out to be thin. Begin shape the cake. The form grease oil and sprinkle breadcrumbs. First layer put half potato dough π
The second layer lay out fish filling π
And from above lay out the second part of the potato dough π
Bake at a temperature of 160 degrees 45-50 minutes. Readiness check toothpick or skewer π
We get fish casserole β
βPie is good with sour cream π€€π€€π€€
It remains tasty even when cold. A good option for serving with tea, for a snack at work or for a full lunch.
