What you need:
* waffle cakes - it took me only 2 pieces
* minced meat - 200 gr (half of the package, which is in the photo)
* onion - 1 piece
* eggs - 2 pieces
* bread crumbs (or flour)

Minced meat preparingas for cutlets: minced meat + chopped onion + egg + salt / pepper π
We spread minced meat in a layer of 2 cm per cake π
Cover with the second cake and press lightly. We leave 10 minutes to soften the cakes a little Π½Π΅ΠΌΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ
Chop portioned into triangles or squares π
Boca squares "seal"flour or bread crumbs π
After that moisten squares in a beaten egg π
AND fry in vegetable oil (over medium heat) for 5-6 minutes on each side π
We spread on a napkin to remove excess oil π
