I already wrote about how I threw off 12 kg five years ago in two months (see my publications). But at that time, I did not use any "bells and whistles", but simply changed the diet and did physical exercises. Then I relaxed a little and the weight began to return.

It was at that moment that I started looking for "lazy"ways to lose weight. (pills and all that). I haven't tried very much, but I have experience. So I'll share what's real NOT worth buying, but what you can look at. This is not advertising or Anti-Advertising, only personal experience.

1. Reduksin Light.

These capsules were advised to me by two of my friends with assurances that 5 kg leaves without problems in a week. And, like, before the vacation is SOMETHING)

When I started drinking them, a terrible feeling of thirst appeared, I drank a lot of water (which, in principle, not badly). BUT the appetite did not go away and the weight also stood still. I drank capsules for three weeks. If someone needs (who helps): I can give it, the bank is almost full. It is not cheap, about 2 thousand. By the way, there is another Reduxin, it is prescribed only by gynecologists and endocrinologists. There may be a different effect.

2. Slimming patches. Honestly, I took it for the sake of trial and fun. I read the reviews and the description, I thought: "What if?" Suddenly did not happen, I just had to wash my hand for a long time))

And now that to me helped in "lazy" weight loss.

Spirulina pills. Strange, but after them not I want to eat for a few hours!!! Before that, I took Spirulina in powder for masks (I have this mask on the channel). But then I bought pills. I do not recommend it on an empty stomach, but an hour after breakfast - super! This is algae, they are very useful and swell in the stomach, which gives a feeling of satiety for three to four hours 👇

Ginger and lemon drink. This drink helped me burn everything that I allowed myself to excess from fatty foods (although this was not very much) Ginger + lemon: I remember from my MEGA weight loss. Helps: 100%!

And here's another gizmo: Enterosgel. To be honest, I used to take him on trips in order to heal the stomach in case of poisoning. But here (no one canceled word of mouth), a friend at work said that she eliminated sugar and drinks Enterosgel every time an hour and a half before meals. This friend of mine looks, by the way, cosmic!

I also tried to do just that. Minus 2 kg per week without physical activity! Recommend (removes slags very well)!
