In principle, this recipe is not only for stew lovers. If you have, so to speak, excess meat that needs to be cooked for future use, but you don't want to bother too much, then you are at the right place.
What you need:
* a piece of meat - any weight (I have about one and a half kilograms of pork)
* salt / to taste /
* peppercorns (I have a mixture of peppers)
*Bay leaf
* onions (optional)
👇
Cooking: Meat cut into pieces (not small), onions chop half rings. Mix all this with salt and pepper and leave for ten minutes (while we prepare jars for stew) 👇
I sterilize jars in the microwave, but in fact, this is not necessary. It is enough to wash and dry them well.
To the bottom of the can put a couple of leaves of lavrushka and peppercorns 👇
Then tightly stack meat (up to the shoulders) 👇
Cover foil. Foil pierce toothpicks to let the steam out when stewing 👇
We put in a cold oven (to protect yourself from bursting cans) and turn on 140 degrees for two hours 👇
In two hours I pouring in some water in the jars and sending them for another hour in the oven. After that take out, close lids, turn over and leave cool down 👇
☝ It turns out a delicious stew without Yeshek and preservatives. It is stored for a long time, but, apparently, not in our family) Here it flies in its pure form and goes perfectly into soups.
