Today I cooked beef (see the recipe on my page) and cooked rice for it as a side dish.

But something the meat flew away instantly, but the boiled rice did not quite "go". In addition, I have one "orphan" piece left white fish.

Therefore was born this recipe and interestingly, after the beef, the fish flew away! And the fact that she was in rice batter, mine did not even guess!

What you need:

* fish fillet (it seems to me any, not dry, will do) - 200 gr
* boiled rice - 200 gr
* egg - 1 piece
* flour - 2 tablespoons

Rice, as I wrote above, remained with me. But now I'm ready to even cook it for such a batter!

Cooking: put in a blender: rice, egg and flour.
