* minced meat with bulgur / rice / buckwheat
*cabbage
*tomato juice
*sour cream
* adjika (without it)

I don't boil cabbage. I carefully remove the sheets and put them in the microwave for 3 minutes.
On steamed cabbage leaves lay out minced meat prepared in advance (you don't need to defrost it) 👇
Wrap traditional envelopes 👇
Slightly fry in vegetable oil 👇
Pouring - gravy do from tomato juice, sour cream and adjika 👇
Fill filling and send in the oven 180 degrees for 15 minutes
