Chakhokhbili - a national Georgian dish and refer to it as a stew (originally, by the way, it was prepared from a pheasant "hokhobi" is translated as pheasant).
But I decided to make a soup of the same name. Because, as you can see from my publications, we have soups at home almost every day. And I like to cook NOT banal.
What you need:
* chicken breast (or any other part of the chicken) - 200 gr
* potatoes - 2 pieces
* carrot - 1 piece
* cherry tomatoes - 3-4 pieces (or one simple)
* onion - 1 piece
* garlic - 2-3 cloves
* cilantro - a small bunch
* salt / pepper - to taste
👇
Cooking: breast chop small cubes, random potatoes, carrots and onions chop not very fine, part of garlic chop, part later squeeze out in a saucepan, chop cilantro 👇
First pass onions and carrots in vegetable oil, put the potatoes to cook 👇
Then in a frying pan put tomatoes, garlic and some cilantro at the same time. In a pot with potatoes
add the second part of cilantro and garlic on a grater (or crush) 👇When the vegetables are stewed (I don't like porridge, but so that there was aldente), lay out there our chicken breast 👇
Put out a few minutes (so that the chicken changes color and that's it) 👇
We spread from the pan into the pan and boil a few more minutes 👇
We get two liters of spicy aromatic soup.
Even more NOT you can find banal soups (and not only) on my channel.
