I will share with you a very cool and simple recipe with dryers and minced meat. I found out about it a long time ago, but my hands only now reached to write a recipe on the channel. Try it cook, I think you will like it too!

Ingredients:

drying
minced meat
cheese
mayonnaise
milk
greens
salt
spice
vegetable oil

First, let's prepare the meat filling for the dryers. For this we need 700-800 grams of minced meat (any). We add salt to it to taste, spices (I usually take only black ground pepper).

Then finely chop one large onion and add to the minced meat. If there is fresh herbs, then you can add a little of it.

Now we take drying. This amount of minced meat will require about 60 dryers.

Pour milk into a bowl and soak drying for 3-5 minutes. It is important that they become soft, but not sour, otherwise everything will fall apart. Therefore, do not overexpose them. Instead of drying milk, it can be soaked in ordinary boiled water.

We spread the soaked dryers on a greased baking sheet, at a distance - the dryers should not touch each other. Now put the minced meat in each drying and tamp it a little. It is important that the minced meat is tightly attached to the dryer. Otherwise, there will be emptiness, and everything can fall apart.

Now mix 4-6 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 200 grams of grated cheese and 2 minced garlic cloves. Put the resulting sauce on top of the minced meat and send our dish to the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

After 20-25 minutes, minced meat will be ready. Fly away very quickly! Before you have time to look back, everyone will be swept off the table. Instead of minced meat, you can try other fillings, for example, ham and cheese, cheese and herbs, chicken and mushrooms, and cheese on top. In general, you can experiment. Bon appetit, friends!
