Delicious pie turned out, lick your fingers! I never thought that candy could be one of the ingredients in the pie! When I first saw this recipe in one cookbook, I was very surprised, but still decided to cook it. The result pleased us - we ate everything to the crumb :))
Ingredients:
eggs
flour
sour cream
sweets "Ladybug"
butter
salt
sugar
baking powder
* poppy seeds, candied fruits, nuts or raisins
Beat 2 eggs with a mixer with 1 glass of sugar until a homogeneous fluffy mass is formed. Then put 200 grams of sour cream, half a teaspoon of salt. You can add some vanillin.
Now add the sifted flour mixed with 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder. Flour will need 1 glass and about 1/4 more. Pour it in gradually, in parts and knead the dough. You can leave it like this, or you can add a little poppy, nuts, raisins, candied fruits.
Grease the baking dish with butter, spread the dough and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Then cool the cake a little.
Now let's prepare the filling (icing) for the cake. We take 200 g of "Cow" candies and break or cut them into small pieces. Melt them over low heat with 50 grams of butter.
Important: you just need to heat and melt the mass, you do not need to cook it! The resulting pouring immediately, while it is hot, pour the cake and leave it to cool completely.
You can make a simplified version: just cook a biscuit and pour the icing on it - it will also be very tasty. Bon appetit, friends!
