Lazy sausage cutlets. Simple and tasty

I am telling you how you can make delicious "lazy" sausage cutlets in just 20 minutes. They are good both hot and cold. They can be eaten with a side dish or served as a snack - they will be incredibly delicious anyway!

Ingredients:

sausage
eggs
flour
sour cream
salt
spice
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil
*cheese
*greens

So, we need about 200 grams of boiled sausage, cut it into small cubes or grate it. Instead of sausage, you can take sausages or wieners.

I also recommend adding something else meat, 70 grams. For example, smoked sausage, ham, smoked chicken breast, etc. We also cut these ingredients finely or grate them.

Drive in 1 egg, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Salt and spices do not need to be added, as they are already in the sausage. But if you do not have enough, then you can add to your taste.

I also like to add grated cheese to these cutlets - about 100-150 gr. This makes the cutlets even tastier. Optionally, you can add chopped greens to them.

We also put 1-2 tablespoons of flour, mix and the minced meat for the cutlets is ready. With wet hands we form cutlets, roll them in bread crumbs or just flour and fry them on both sides until golden brown in vegetable oil.

The cutlets are fried very quickly - literally a few minutes on each side, so the entire cooking process will take you no more than 20-30 minutes. Bon appetit, my dears!
