Snack on the festive table in 10 minutes: sprats in an egg

Flies off the table the fastest! If you are planning a celebration and you want to please your guests with something tasty, then prepare this simple appetizer with sprats. I guarantee that the guests will be satisfied and well fed. By the way, I sometimes cook these "sprats" and just like that for my family on weekdays, and not just on holidays.

Ingredients:

sprats
eggs
cheese
garlic
mayonnaise
greens
salt
*cucumber tomato

The appetizer is very easy to prepare! First, cook hard-boiled 7-8 eggs. If there are many guests, then take more eggs. As soon as the eggs are ready, we peel them, cut them in half,

We remove the yolks in a separate bowl. Add to them a couple of chopped garlic cloves (squeeze through a press or grate on the finest grater), 50 grams of grated cheese. You can take regular cheese, or you can add processed cheese - and so, and so it will be delicious.

Then add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and add a little oil from a jar of sprats. Taste it. If there is not enough salt, then add a little. You can also add a little pepper.

Mix everything thoroughly - and the filling for the eggs is ready. If you want it to be more uniform, like a cream (as in the photo), then beat the mass with a blender.

We fill the halves of the eggs with the resulting mass, put the sprats on top. If desired, you can add another sprig of greens on top, or a small slice of salted or fresh cucumber, tomatoes. Well, you can leave it as in the photo.

The appetizer is ready and can be served immediately. It takes no more than 10 minutes to cook it (not counting the time for boiling eggs). Bon appetit, friends!
