So simple and so delicious! Cheese sticks with herbs and garlic are delicious! A tasty and simple appetizer that cooks very quickly. Prepare in the very near future - both you and your family will love it, that's for sure! The most important thing is that you don't have to stand at the stove for a long time.

Ingredients:

Pita
Processed cheese
Eggs
Butter
Garlic
Greens

We need thin pita bread. We cut it with a knife into rectangles about 8x12 cm in size. I always cut by eye, so sticks can come in different sizes, but that's okay.

Let's prepare the filling for the sticks. To do this, grate two processed cheese on a grater, add chopped greens to them (I usually take dill, but you can use any greens that you like).

Squeeze out through a press or rub 1-2 cloves of garlic on a fine grater. We mix everything well and our filling is ready. Instead of processed cheese, you can use regular cheese, or a mixture of cheeses, it will also be delicious.

I do not add salt to the filling, since the cheese already contains a sufficient amount of salt. But if you miss it, then add a pinch.

Now put the filling on the cut pita bread (on the edge) and wrap it in a tube, or spread the filling on the pita bread and roll it up. The edges can be tucked inward to prevent the filling coming out during frying.

Dip the resulting sticks into an egg (2 pcs), slightly beaten with a fork until smooth, and fry in a pan on both sides. I fry in butter, in my opinion it tastes better than vegetable oil. Fry the sticks for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve with sour cream or any sauce. The sticks should be eaten immediately, while they are hot, for the best taste. Bon appetit, friends!
